Zinc fumes are set free when galvanised steel is heated. These fumes are very toxic to breathe. Deposits of zinc from the fumes accumulate in the food. Utensils like ladles and galvanized-surfaced pails should not be used for food cooking.

That is an original way to fry chicken. I have never seen it until today. Chicken is so delicious and the chickens he cooked look so crunchy in the outside and tender in the inside. Along with a combination of a fresh vegetable salad, that makes it a whole, nutritious meal. Two thumbs up to that outstanding cook.

The chicken looks naturally bred , the colour , maybe corn fed. Much better than the rubbish we get from supermarkets, with no additives.

The way he washed the raw chicken in the same water as his vegetables was just amazing!

He put the chicken in the fire first. it's a continuous stream of fresh water. Chicken that is grown, butchered and prepped with care on a small farm do not have the same issues as the factory chicken bought in most stores.

This guy is so peaceful when he's cooking. "Super" Love it! He is a man of little words. His power is through his actions.

Although Bob Ross as a painter talked, it was relaxing and he was quite the teacher. This guy is literally living the dream of retirement in a sweet stretch of land with cooking skills and a setup of serenity. I could totally see him and Bob hanging out, no words .just cooking and painting, iced tea or beer, no time. Dark doesn't equal bedtime, no noise. A little Heaven on Earth. Just an opinion here 👍. My mouth actually started to water when he pulled it apart. I love neck of chicken, and those crispy pieces..mmmmmmmh. Once again another fantastic video. Pure skill and talent at work, no endless jabbering about nothing, just food and nature. Excellent.

@@bamafencer12 I can tell you because I used it most of the time , but I burn wood not coal ,it takes an hour or less depending on the amount of wood burning. Usually I put a plate of rice or vegetables underneath the chicken, the moisture from which helps in the inner flesh softening, yet it get cooked on the same time receiving the delicious flavour of the chicken fat

I've had chicken cooked this way in Thailand except they used a half full bottle of beer instead of the wooden stake. It's amazing how quickly the chicken cooks.

Beautiful film quality and camera work, awesome outdoor kitchen, why was the cabbage sooooo purple?! When the bucket came up, my jaw dropped! This is a type of cabbage, purple and thanks for watching.

We make a version of this recipe but, we use beer cans with spices and seasonings to insert into the bird, and cooked over a pit using wood coals !! You Sir have not made a dish yet that I wouldn't try...You my friend are an expert on preparing meals !! Just got home last week from Eastern Kentucky { Appalachian mountains} yes the mountains in the background made me a bit misty eyed, I love the mountains {anywhere} !!! You can take the boy from the mountains but, You'll never take the mountains from the boy !! Keep cooking my friend and may God bless !!!

Yeah I just wouldn't suggest doing this though because that right there is a good way to earn yourself a trip to the hospital from zinc poisoning as the galinization burns off

I cant believe how incredibly beautiful everything in this video is. Your well, your yard, your cooking, the building you are cooking in! Such a beautiful and relaxing space to be in, but then you get those mountains....those mountains are amazing, I cant even imagine being able to wake up and see that every day, what a blessing! You are incredibly fortunate to be able to call that place your home, it is breathtaking!

You know those chickens aren't safe to eat by the look of those metal bucket yellow fumes chemicals reaction when it's burning. Why not just use a clay pottery?

@@drakedraven6961 Or a cast iron dutch oven. Which is what they're made for. Even distribution of heat. I've made everything in a dutch oven, even a cake. Just place it on a flat surface and surround it with coals. Put the lid on and place coals on the lid. Lasts for a lifetime.

I have seen this type of cooking before, galvanized zinc sheets were used and wood was piled on top. Also when baking potato or other puddings we use galvanized zinc sheets with real coal on top and live coals underneath outside. From the Island of the Caribbean. Much cooking is done outside unto this day. Especially if you live in the rural countryside.

These people are truly blessed!!!!

Особенно, спасибо за воду. Испить бы такой! Водопроводная не питьевая в Казани, а покупную высоко носить возрастному человеку. Горы впечатляют, да и на рецепт интересно посмотреть. Спасибо.

С чего вы взяли, что в горах чистейшая вода. Это миф. Как правило анализ горных ручьев показывает зашкаливание по тяжелым металлам, т.к. вода вымывает все это из горных пород

This gentleman lives the life I'd really love to live, he has it all. No annoying traffic,neighbours,smog,skyscrappers,city filth etc. Nature and a healthy life.

@@tomlepski8306 I wouldn't eat it. Once you've seen someone get zinc poisoning it changes your view on that stuff. Direct fire is def hot enough to release zinc fumes. Who knows what a buildup of that injested in your system does.

Я давно так не отдыхал морально, позитивных эмоций тонна смеялся от души.😆Сначала он осмолил курей так что весь пух остался на них, надеюсь сам не обжегся. Замем спалил три тюка соломы, целых три тюка🤣 какое то золотое запекание получается. А природа суперская!!! Ну, а рецепт от горе кулинара только тссс🤫.🤣🤣

@@user-nx2ot1uh7b Не спорю, возможно. Но мы всю жизнь так запекали картошку в мундире и овощи, и ничего-живыздоровы. Может не так уж и велик процент выделения.Вон банан тоже фонит радиацией. 500 съеденных бананов равно одному рентгеновскому снимку. Как то так.
