This man is Increadible, finds a spot in the ground, makes a home made oven/grill just wow and his food always looks delicious, and he feeds the kids in his village protect this man at all costs!

Every cut, every spice, every temperature, everything..there is zero doubt and he does is at a confident, methodical pace.

I like how he started in the spring digging the hole then by the time he got the meat it was winter man is dedicated

I have NEVER seen or heard of a chef who puts SO much effort & energy into his ART, because this is what his 'work' is, IT IS A WORK OF ART. Piece of meat too large, NO, I will just build the oven that I need or I'll dig a hole into the side of a hill. 'Whatever it takes I will produce it' is obviously your motto. Your work ethic is unbelievable until you see it in action. I reckon your cameraman must have about the best job in the world with the almost unbelievable scope of the food that he must get to enjoy. You have a heart bigger than any meal that you prepare & the joy you show in what you prepare is remarkable. Would 'eat' your videos if I could. Cheers, Don from South Aust.

most men in Azerbaijan villages are able to do all of that. I grew up in a village like that. But he is funny, and I guess you have to show other skills and make tandoor e.g. every once in a while, so you vids don't get boring... 😂😂 And I am sure he made that tandoor (that hole :DD) some days before cooking. In the beginning I thought he was just a normal village guy. But I realised after seeing him in his cook uniform that he is a professional chef! I guess because of pandemic, this is his pastime/activity/business.

For this recipe, first rear a cow. After slaughter, dig your oven pit. Remember to grow some spices the year before, of course! Pre-heat the oven to about three armfulls of wood. Fantastic stuff!

@@blizzbee Yeah, so? I wouldn't be surprised if he had help digging his pits and other things (though maybe not a production crew worth as you say). But not really sure how that applies or what commenter wasn't thinking logically about? I think it was a bit silly given the (understandable) use of modern convenience like plastic wrap or foil in his videos but your point it's not really a response to the comment. Does having help make utensils less authentic or interesting?
