Appreciate the trigger warnings with Earthlings. Some of these books I've never heard of before so knowing when those triggers are mentioned means a lot. ❤

I try to give them when I can! Or, at the very least, mention that triggers should be looked into since some people feel like they can get into spoilers. I don't always notice some since they don't stand out as much to me personally, but that once was very detailed and apparent.

Yesss I've been waiting for this vlog Love your haul 😍 Skins is such a good show - I think I'd like Boy Parts. I agree Earthlings was way sadder than I thought and truly a story of trauma coping. I found that the more time that went on after I read it, the more I liked it. Tear is on my TBR and I'm even more excited for it now! I have to thank you - I'm about 30 pages into Comfort Me with Apples and falling in LOVE 💧

I think you would like boy parts too! I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Honestly I have thought about earthlings so often since finishing.. but its mostly the beginning and the end 😅. Forever in awe of how well you do your own hair!! 😍😍 Wow so many good finds at that used bookstore. Ouu confessions was so fun. I was hoooooked when I first read it. Eileen is so unhinged 😳 I'm still very conflicted about it. But I enjoyed the experience I'm skipping over your reading updates for boy parts cause I'm planning to read it this month, but I'm gunna come back and watch after to hear your thoughts 👀 I'm so glad you're vlogging earthlings. It's so messed up. It was also not at all what I expected, the content threw me off too cause I had no idea how messed up and sad it was. I agree with so much you've said about it. It was a 3 star read for me too. I've never seen or heard anything about tear 👀👀 Adding it to my tbr immediately! Sounds totally up my alley.

The used book store is so well stocked by me!! so many people bring their books there, and they put more books out constantly. I get so surprised by some of the books I find there! I can't wait to read confessions. It's been on my radar for well over a year now. Eeek I cannot wait to hear what you and Brooklin think of boy parts 👀 I was so confused how that content was never mentioned by the many people I've heard talk about that book 😂😂 DUDE you need to read tear!!! Since you are excited for the premise of supplication, tear is a must 🤩

Tear sounds exactly like your bread and butter 😂 I’ve never heard of it! I’m so not surprised that you loved it so much when I heard the description. And I can’t wait to read Botanical Daughter before spring ends. THAT COVER. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 plus I love a Frankenstein retelling!! I tried a few pages of Thirst but it just wasn’t grabbing me in the moment. I think it was a mood thing! It’s more lit fic-y so it’s probably your jam!! I might need the audio for it. It starts off in a cemetery 😍 so it has a lot going for it!

Absolutely loved Confessions, I raved about it so much I think my partner got bored of the book before he even read it. 🤣 😿

If I can recommend the audiobook for IT whenever you get to it. It's one of my favorite audiobook's. Steven Webber slays the narration IMO.

I just double checked, and my bookplate for a botanical daughter was signed. Yours must have gotten missed 😥 I loved skins too. I've almost bought Earthlings a few times now. I had no idea it was about childhood trauma though. It was fun to see you have such a visceral reading experience with tear!
