This is very sweet of you, thank you! I'm very glad you enjoy my channel and our work. 😊 And big thank you for the comment on my pasta cooking! I'm a self taught cook so it always makes me happy when I get feedback like this 🙏🤗 Wishing you a great day!
I cracked up when you mentioned using garlic “for the millionth time in this video.” I appreciate your appreciation for garlic. You can never have too much. I also loooove how you plate your meals, and I especially loved the final plating for the curry. It was gorgeous! Everything looked so delicious, and I can’t wait to try these dishes! I also never thought to eat kale stems. Will have to try this! Thank you for this beautiful video!

LOL! Those were all vegetables, minus the only vegan ingredient, which was: Vegan Cheese.
This is the best food video you have produced! The recipes are not too complicated, look delicious and you are engaging in how you explain each dish. However, my favorite vlogs are those you have done showing the outdoors, your home decor and traveling to interesting and beautiful places. Whatever you choose to film and share, I always appreciate your unique and genuine style!

thank you for the lovely feedback lucy :) x
Not only do I find your videos inspiring for myself. I am also very pleased to see a vegan youtuber make these well balanced meals as an example for how I nutritious vegan meal should look like. There are way too many vegan youtuber and blogger out there who make it seem like it is okay to basically live of fruit and veg. But it's not! A heathy diet also contains fats, grains and beans! So thanks for being a good example for the vegan lifestyle
These are my fav videos to watch and film. Thanks for the ideas! 🤗
I love these recipes 😍 thank you for the time, energy and love you put into your videos! I always look forward for a new one because I really enjoy watching them and getting inspired 😊 Love from Germany!

This video is phenomenal! The soothing voice, groovy background music and incredibly aesthetically pleasing food makes this video stand out from the rest
Loved this style of video. Your videos are always full of such beautiful style and so soothing to watch and listen to.
Everything in your kitchen is SO BEAUTIFUL! Your videos are very inspiring for my future kitchen decor:) I love that first rice soup recipe! I always like to add rice in my soups
The Cesar-ish salad looks absolutely delicious! 😍😍
I love these kind of videos! You're wonderful ❤️❤️
Class recipes and video! Can’t wait to try these meals this week, thanks for the inspiration.
Such lovely recipes!! Thanks for the inspiration!
I love that you advocate eating the entire vegetable. Most plants, the only parts that go in the compost are the inedible or highly fibrous parts .
These look so yummy! I am definitely craving curry now and will be preparing that for dinner later on! Thank you for sharing and the inspiration 💚
I learn so much from you Malin! I'd looove to see another video on home tour / macrame update / whats in your fridge or pantry if you can! those are my absolute fav :) thank you for your beautiful videos.
Yummmm! It's a stormy day here in my part of BC and that curry has me inspired. Thanks for that Malin and beautiful videos as usual. xx
As always.... thank you for another lovely and useful video! Xxx
wonderfully soothing and equally motivating video as always :) your content always makes me wanna cook rather than eat out!
Ahh everything looks so good malin!! Made me want to cook up a big pot of curry today 😍

Everything looks amazing, especially the cauliflower curry!

This looks appetizing!
❤️these quick and scrumptious meals 👌🏻
I would have to say the salad and the pasta dishes are my fave. So easy to put together for as a week night dinner!

I'm glad you like my food and our videos! Many thanks for watching and for the sweet message :)
now i am craving a caesar!
A suggestion from an Italian for the last recipe 😊 Drain the spaghetti while they’re still al dente, keeping the cooking water aside. Then sauté in a hot pan the spaghetti with the tomatoes from the oven, slowly adding the water to avoid the pasta from becoming dry. This will result in a super creamy and flavoury dish 😃

Love the kale idea! I’ve always used spinach. Gonna try this.
All of these look amazing!
I am making these!! they look so good! thanks :)
I started saving my kale stems and freezing them for smoothies. I never thought of using the leaves of the cauliflower, so I will be trying that next time! Thanks for the idea!

That's so clever to freeze them for later and perfect to add them to a smoothie. Freaky doesn't matter if it's a leaf or a stem when it's all blended up! Glad you're going to try the cauliflower leaf as well, hope it's a success 😊🤗
I just tried the Caesar salad dressing this week! OH MY GOODNESS...IT WAS DELICIOUS! Can't wait to try out your other dishes! Thank you Malin :)
Love your bowl!
Thanks for giving helpful tips on how to eat the whole vegetable! :)
Such a nice inspiration. Thank you Malin :)
I loved when you were talking about the rice sticking to the pan in the Kimchi Stir-Fry recipe and you said "..and this is actually just delicious.." 😆 I found it really adorable. Thank you for yet another beautiful video to watch and recipes that make my mouth water. 💜🙏
I'm loving your videos and recipes. Your sweet faced delivery can make my day. You have inspired my husband and me to eat meatless. (We quit eating meat a few years ago. Then we stopped eating poultry this past Christmas. We do eat fish and dairy on occasion, but we're slowly moving away from those as well.) I've learned so much from watching your videos. Thank you!!!

Interesting to watch a swedish making kimchi fried rice as a korean ! It’s my soul food :D here’s a tip, if your kimchi is too sour, add a pinch of sugar ! And most store bought kimchi is not vegan cuz traditionally kimchi has fish sauce :( so check what ingredients are in :-) your videos are so comforting 💖

It's so yummy! I hope I didn't make too many mistakes making it. I'm the end it tastes yummy to me 😊 thank you for the advice on the kimchi flavour, that's really helpful! And yes, I probably should have mentioned that about the kimchi. I know myself but sometimes I forget that not everyone loves in my brain. 😅 Big thanks for your helpful comment! 🤗

YUM!
Great video! I also enjoy tomatoes in the summer 😁
The curry looks amazing. I have all the ingredients including some leftover chickpeas and also kale that will probably go bad soon. Will make this tonight! As always you make beautiful interesting choices with your food. Also thank you for your words on the spices. Trying different foods and spices sourced from the cultures and areas they come from is something everyone should try I think.

Thank you Lindsay! I really hope you like the curry when you try it 😊 And yes, trying different spices can teach us something about other cultures I think, food is a pathway to connect and learn. Also thank you for all your lovely comments you always leave me, they always put a smile on my face! 🤗

Yes, I'm craving curry now! A tip I learnt when travelling in Sri Lanka: at the beginning, add some whole spices (like coriander seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon sticks, ...) and quickly fry them in the oil to "activate" their flavour. Also add curry leaves to give a deeper curry taste. You can usually find these at specialty stores. Depending on the type of curry (there are many) you would use different mixes of spices, but a good way to start is to check which spices are in your curry powder mix and then buy these.

Always good to use up veggies in a dish like this!
i just made the brothy stir fry and it was delicious! Tonight will be Caesar! Greetings from Berlin
That!k you for sharing!
Wow first time I'm seeing curry being done this way. I'm from the Caribbean and we usually toast the curry powder in oil with garlic and onions, anchar massala, geera, fenugreek seeds and turmeric for like a minute then add water to make a thickish paste. After that we throw in our meets or potatoes etc to get colour and saute then add water to cook after like 5 minutes. Should try it sometime ;-)
Love it

All these dishes are lovely, 1 tip to share, never throw your aquafaba aka chick pea juice, away-whip it up & use for mousses, meringues, & any dish you want to lighten up.
So beautiful! Sending love and appreciation from Canada :)
Such a beautiful video! Can't appreciate the filming enough. SO aesthetic! I love your recipes as well as your food arrangement. They look like that kind of fancy dishes they serve in organic cafes.
These look beautiful! They inspire me to eat healthier :) my latest what I eat in a week was no way near has healthy and nutritious as this!

thank you, so glad you like the look of them! :) unfortunately I bought the dress last year but I'm sure if you check out depop or a similar service that you could find something reminiscent. x
Where do you have your dress from the Caesar Salad making clip from? It is soo pretty and I am looking for a really long time for a dress like this.
Yummy 😋
Pasta is an at-least-once-a-weak must for my fam :D It is SUCH an easy meal to make when the day is a bit crazy. Sometimes just with store-bought pesto and veggies and on other days with a long cooked marinara. Pasta is the best any day ;D
I want to try all the recipes,
Yummy:) I am a vegan living in DK and I also love love garlic:)
Hi! May I ask where you got your ceramic bowls and plates?
you are so clever x
I've been making a chikpea-something(varied additions) curry pretty much every week now and I love it! We are also making homemade naan with it and my fam enjoys it as much as they would a normal one, which makes me the happiest :D P.S Cauliflower leaves are FANTASTIC! They are so so tasty!
@GoodEatings

good on you for making your own naan! wish I was a better baker x
Great video. You need to write a book☺️ when I cook broccoli and cauliflower I get the woody bits off the stems, cook some onion and garlic stock, nooch and make a soup for lunch. When you blend it smooth you can't tell it's a little tougher.
@GoodEatings

what a great idea with the soup, I will definitely try this next time :) and thank you for your kind words! x
HOw do you do it? Your videos are magic!
this is a good dishes
I totally agree with you: why throwing away parts that are edible? Here is what I do: I slice or dice up all these parts that we used to throw away (stems, skin, etc.) and I keep them in a box in the freezer. Once the box is full, I make a broth or a soup, or I had them to a curry and a risotto to add flavor or consistency.

Thank you from Berlin! 🥰 I am actually single neans if I would buy all the vegetables (first dish) I would have them for 4 days to eat. Would it be maybe possible to make a kind of "4 meals variation with the same vegetables"? Thank you gorgious 🦋
You can also make your curry spices mix yourself 😀 love watching chetna makan for this !

I'm Brazilian, so I feel like it's a duty to every other country in the world to say this: try to use garlic, onion and salt in your rice and see real magic happening. I know it's a cultural thing, but for me, seeing people cooking rice without seasoning it's so so weird. Sorry for the TED Talk about rice here hahaha And also: Caju nuts. Love them. You know caju it's actually a fruit? I loved this video. Now I want a better curry spice, because here we s usually find the yellow one as well.
