I found you first from Googling vegan 3-course meals and finding your blog. I want to make my boyfriend a 3-course meal for this upcoming Christmas (he is vegan and I'm not, so I need to do my research). I forgot until i saw your blog that he loves mushrooms. It makes these dishes SO perfect! Thank you so much! I absolutely want to try them out for him. This video is so beautifully made and edited too. I really appreciate that you made a video as well to let us see the process and how it should turn out.
