24 Hour Vlog!!!!
I struggle with hyper focusing on my sewing too. Sometimes I don't realize I'm hungry and my work isn't going along as perfectly as I want. I always try my best to be mindful and to listen to my body. It works all the time, although it takes longer for me to finish projects. A healthy mindful brain is not a bad trade for slow but perfect sewing ☺️
