Have you had a proper bike fit mate? Looks like you aren’t extending your legs sufficiently to me. This can lead to a lot of problems in the future especially if you are doing 200-300km weeks on the bike to prep for half/full Ironmans.
Slow pace 🙄 that’s the speed I run for my life 😂 xx

For my tri training I have a coach and then I work around this using my programming

Because I’m training as a hybrid, this triathlon is to show you can for endurance but still maintain muscle
