A Weakness That Allah Loves ᴴᴰ - by Shaykh Mohamad Kotub
Did you know that there is a type of weakness that Allah Subhanahu Ta'ala loves? You say that is impossible! There is no such thing! Allah Subhanahu ta'ala loves the strong, loves a strong believer, a strong Muslim! Absolutely! But there is a type of weakness that Allah Subhanahu ta'ala loves and this is weakness that we display with our Muslim brothers and sisters.They are the only ones technically, that it is allowed for us to be weak with. This is why Allah Subhanahu ta'ala says in the Noble Quran. He uses the word Adillah and Dhul usually means disgrace. Of course, Allah Subhannahu ta'ala is not saying that we should be disgraceful but rather that we should be low.
Allah Subhanahu ta'ala says...Lower your wing to the believers. So you should not try to be above, you should not always try to be supreme with your brothers and sisters. It is allowed for you to be somewhat weak with them. In other words, treat them kindly, treat them well, think of them highly, try not to be, you know, ostentatious or pompous with them right?
This is the meaning of being weak not that you should be...you know, weakness in general is not something that Islam condones.But with your Muslim brothers and sisters, you should be as gentle and lenient and cordial as possible. And this is why Prophet Muhammad sallallahu ^alayhi wasallam said in the authentic hadith, he said...'That Iman, (belief and faith) is a as sabr (patience) wassamaahah" 'Samaahah' has many deep meanings, a lot of deep meanings. One of them is forgiving and pardoning. Another one is leniency. So all of these beautiful meanings, we should try to implement along with our brothers and sisters. How come subhan Allah Muslims amongst each other, they don't treat each other this way? Even though the Prophet sallallahu ^alayhi wasallam is telling us that it is a part of faith. It is part of your faith to treat your Muslim brother (or sister) this way!

My biggest weakness is to love people too much and give too many chances. It has broken me cause people always leave me. I watched this video and started crying. I had no idea that Allah loved my weakness.❤

i don't really agree it with it completely, cause i have met muslims in my life that were so horrible, they used religion to gain your trust, and being so naive ,,,, i always thought they had good intentions until i realized what they have done. I think they are worse than unbelievers, cause they know the rulings and yet they make use of it to gain things for themselves.....It really hurts, but it made me open my eyes. having faith is something between you and God (Allah), but if you treat me in a good way, ill do the same, whether you are a believer or not. If you are a believer its good for yourself. if you treat me in a bad way, ill try to forgive and keep my distance from you. our paths will separate then. you can be a good person with imaan or without, i have seen unbelievers, they are so good hearted, i can't believe it. I ask Allah to guide them towards islam, cause not much is gonna change .... they are already so good and honest.... subhanAllah!

Queen Love if you go out and treat with them nicely whatever they are evil but after sometime you will found their hearts change towards you, because evil can't stand long time in front of the goodness, and ALLAH will reward you more when you will be patient in front of evil just for ALLAH, thanks

i had that weakness and lost my best friend but now i’m glad cause she’s fake and talks behind my back.And it kept on happening i lost all my friends back then. But now i have REAL friends how are very religious.They are sisters(Islamic sisters)They are very bright and funny.Im so thankful.
Allah (SWT) said in surah Fusselat : (34) Nor can goodness and Evil be equal. Repel (Evil) with what is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate! Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ أَقْوَامٌ أَفْئِدَتُهُمْ مِثْلُ أَفْئِدَةِ الطَّيْرِ “There would enter Paradise people whose hearts are like the hearts of birds.” It is said: the likeness of them in tenderness and softness. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who has, in his heart, an ant's weight of arrogance will not enter Jannah." Someone said: "A man likes to wear beautiful clothes and shoes?" Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Allah is Beautiful, He loves beauty. Arrogance means ridiculing and rejecting the Truth and despising people." Be kind , humble and tolerant my brothers and sisters it's the path to paradise ان شاء الله

my brother speaks truth, only difference is that treat even those who do not believe in God in the same way, that's the true weakness that he talks about. Don't ever think that you are better than someone, even if he is a non believer, why? because the moment you think this way you believe you're better than God.

This brought tears to my eyes Some days ago i read a hate comment (in a video where iceland people convert into islam) The comments were so mean against islam, which disturbed me for days so i thought we should be very stern with the mushrikin so they tremble in front of muslim and feel intimidated. But we should show love, kindness, sincerity and affection to muslim so we can be strong and resolute in our faith . And always be there for each other . May Allah guide us All and bless us and bestow his infinite grace upon us. And may Allah ptotect us from the evil of the disbelievers Amen

So many people with a depth of the knowledge of our religion here in the comments section. Maybe this ummah is not so lost
I tend to get taken control by people by humbling utself especially with my relatives. Sometimes i loose my sleep by simply thinking about how far i have granted them to control me. Displaying weakness means you will get controlled, but allah's wisdom is beyond our contemplation. May be weakness here is something different than what i am displaying myself with others. May allah guide us all in right path.

In Islam everyone has rights all have different rights not equal. If you have muslim neighbor he has 3 rights one of neighborhood other of being brother in faith and third being a human. If you have a non Muslim neighbor he has only two rights..
