thankyou for this lovely film; we used to live in maidstone and would often go there sunday afternoons, with our son; it was always a cheap afternoon; walking round the lake and letting him let off steam; that was 40 year ago, and it doesn't look as though it has changed much; living in france it is so difficult to see our old haunts now: thanks

I know you posted this a long time ago now-but have you been back to this part of Kent since or will you this year?? + what part of France you living in now? I was last in France nearly a year ago in Bordeaux on holiday-I' also in Kent right between Dartford/Bexley!

My childhood Park from the 80s. In my brief stint in education my school would use the swimming pool. I had many magical days there, it's a very enchanting place and always had a nice vibe to it to compliment its beauty. West Malling Country Park is my other favourite. Although I live in Durham now I remember both fondly and I've always imagined when I pass one day my soul will reside between those two places. Thanks guys
