Join us on a walking tour of Cologne (Köln). Germany's fourth most populous city is a vibrant, lively place know for it's carnival atmosphere, largely due to the yearly Cologne Carnival.
During this walking tour, we take a walk trough the centre of Cologne, starting at Schildergasse which is a popular shopping street. This leads us up towards the famous Cathedral. Cologne Cathedral is a stunning piece of architecture and one of the tallest churches in the world. We then wander through the Old Market area before strolling down to the riverfront.
Cologne is beautiful city with a vibrant atmosphere. Each year it holds a carnival, which we were unfortunately a couple of days too early for! However, Cologne is a lively city all year round, with the locals warm and welcoming 😊
