Alright, good to back in JB. Miss the vibes here, food and sights as well.
Been missing my regular treats that i haven't had for quite a while. Checking out old places, the new makeover and what's new and upcoming as well so join me on this little walkaround in downtown.
Just to take the time, for a short intro about myself, I'm JT and welcome to my channel. This channel is about travel, culture, food & family fun. Currently most of the travels would be in Malaysia( mainly in Johor Bahru)& sometimes in Singapore as well but I will be covering the various and different states every now and then. And as for food, I am a foodie so basically as long there is tasty food, good spots or hidden places, I will try my best to cover them for you guys.

One of the oldest street in JB , and new facelit with lotsa of cafe popping out quite recently. Well , this place is quite a hotspot with Singaporeans.

Wow, would be nice to have more old footages when the past meets present. I love Hiap Joo Banana cakes too.

Somehow Hiap Joo is popular with Singaporeans. Locals do not find it special now that it is very expensive.
Recommend you this the next time you are near KSL Mall/Holiday Plaza: Madam Gwee's 163, Jalan Harimau, Taman Abad, 80250 Johor Bahru, Johor Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff, good service.
