Welp, back to doing drugs
You just need a garlic press: 1st hot-pan, mince pork-fat celery & onion, saute with salt+pepper; splash beer sparingly to deglaze, meanwhile crush each cicada in garlic press, to separate the shells, adding dashes of beer to keep caramalization controlled. Consider them shrimp-paste, try chicken-grease, cilantro-lime-chili-salt browned-cicada-paste on mini-naan, sold.
