Hey I'm sure you will never notice this but I was wondering if you had a suggestion on what type of vacuum will survive with 5 giant breed dogs? My mother in law has mastiffs and a great dane and they hair and dust kills the vacuum every year and she has to replace them. Is there a brand that can handle it or are we doomed to replace our vacuum every year?

For the older viewers, younger will probably think ‘what the heck’. Just watching this, all the animal hair, my nose is twitching like Tabitha in bewitched 😂 I don’t remember her eyes itching & watery, coughing and sneezing though. Just seeing it is enough. You’re doing an amazing job! To the people who say someone should go help him, then advertise your help locally that you’ll help someone who needs it for say Saturday morning every other week. The more people do things like that, the more people think ‘I can do that’ and it spreads 🌼😀

When mr hubert was vacuuming, suddenly i thought, 'he could beat the ghostbuster's vaccuum' 😂

How do you clean the vacuum for the next customer? I don't get my carpets professionally cleaned for that reason! Some of these people live in absolute filth!! That poor guy, his daughter really did him in with that one! Thank you for giving him a clean space back ❤️

That seems silly since the steam/carpet cleaning is going to disinfect and clean the carpet after dry vacuuming. For heads of the carpet/steam cleaners they're usually wiped with disinfectant and/or heads are hosed/pressure washed debris off. Insides likely a hot rinse. Dry vacuums are usually only cleaned on the outside with disinfectant but there's not much point to disinfecting the nozzles/suction base on the inside. Wheels are probably cleaned if they worry about debris transfer.

Absolutely LOVED watching the vac fill up as you went! Also the background music reminds me of "Short Circuit" !

I fear that every carpet needs to be replaced, that the concrete beneath it needs to be treated with a solution then dried and sealed.. so everything can be build from scratch.. and the whole house needs to be cleaned aswell.. I fear that the dog did more damage as the eyes can see on this moment. But, I also realize that this person imho has had a life nobody wants and is in a very difficult place ... He needs as much help as he can get but it is all very delicate balancing at this moment now with Covid and everything also. But all you can do is your best and you guys for sure did so, thank you 👌

Your videos are just great. You actually do a genuine good job at what you do. I keep seeing these videos of folks rushing through the process, saying certain stains aren't even worth trying to get out, they are just trying to get in and get out without any regard for the customer. Watching your videos compared to others, you can tell the difference between an employee and a business owner.

Other well known company's would've shaken head& bolted out of there.You persevered& basically saturated,scrubbed,steamed and repeated. I agree but it is a start. I wouldn't want to walk on the carpet to clean the house with shoes. If you use anything that's wet such as mopping, cleaning walls, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. all you're going to do is create mud mixed with urine, excrement, and who knows what else. I suspect the carpets were the worse and I can't imagine the smell. 🤮

Great job, but I would have had to replace that carpet, the dog pee would have permeated the floorboards so the smell would never have gone away, I've heard of cases where the floorboards had to be replaced too.
