Been watching since 2013 and I honestly think Zoe played a huge role in de-stigmatizing anxiety online. It was one reason I was drawn to her channel because I never saw that relatability or vulnerability in a KZreadr before. It’s great how much the mental health conversation has improved over the last decade.

I remember the progress she’s definitely made and how she shared it with us. I know that because of her I was more open to talk about it with a counselor and knowing that it was becoming less of a stigma.

I love that Mark greeted the camera when he walked in. It's like we were part of the family greeting!

When Zoe says that she doesn't know what her and Mark would talk about if they did a podcast and then the entire Q&A session is basically perfect podcast content

I need a Nostalgia podcast from Zoe and Mark!! Bringing guests of different ages on and talking about different nostalgic things each episode. Like Christmas, toys, music. It would be so cool! ❤❤❤

I love this wholesomeness, I think it helps that I’m 32 and feel like I’ve grown and gone through all the thoughts and feelings with you both. I love the mental health chats, I’m very much a believer that getting your thoughts out of your head and into the atmosphere helps massively. It’s almost like the thoughts are trapping you and making you feel anxious and panicked so talking and getting it out is almost freeing 💕

An idea for a podcast is to talk about friendships. You could have a chat with other best friends and their experiences with friendship. I know that the introvert in me would love something like that.

That was an advert in the early 2000s for a phone company called Orange. It was taken over by T-Mobile, which has now merged into EE.

I honestly think "knowing" what I wanted to do at 17, but not being able to fulfill that goal was way worse for my mental health than my friends that had no clue at that point. Literally everything felt like a disappointment (to others which in turn meant to me) after that. So try things, take opportunities, don't force yourself to fit an expectation that really means nothing after we leave high school lol

Describing panic/anxiety attacks as being a freezing moment is so true. I'm a therapist, and I've found that even over the last three years, talking more about mental health has become more normalized. Hopefully it becomes even more normalized over the coming years.
