vlogmas this year really takes me back to 2015 being 14 and getting excited for christmas once vlogmas had started 🥺 so much nostalgia!!!!!

It feels nostalgic, and at the same time so much has changed for you and also for me in my life. I absolutely loved you talking about your anxiety and how it changes when you become a parent. I felt like you were talking about MY LIFE!!! Could relate to everything you said 110%. I have found that since having my 2year old my anxiety has got worse, because like you say you have to power on through and it's harder to take that precious time to yourself. I just finished 8 weeks off therapy because I've not been so good at having early nights, making the time to read, have a bath, go on a walk, do yoga BY MYSELF! You don't realise how important your alone time is and to let go and relax until you become a parent x

I have been loving Vlogmas this year. Seeing Zoe and Alfie being parents is the best! I have been watching both for over 10 years! We have a one year old as well (going to be two in March 😭) and seeing how they are handling parenthood brings me so much comfort that we aren’t alone! Zoe and Alfie are doing it too! Also, Alfie’s edits are great 😂 I love the little things he leaves in that I think Zoe sometimes cuts out. And making fun of her for the “um” 😂
