I'm glad you got to enjoy this If I had to recommend a game like this, I'd say try "Here Comes Nico" "TOEM" and "Chicory." "Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion" is also good, though _very_ different from the others.

Of note: you can reduce pixelization in the settings. Have you heard of Death's Door or Archvale? I think you may enjoy them.

I don't know why exactly, but this video felt a bit like listening to a friend talking about something they love. I just get pulled into this world and am able to really let the stream of feelings take me whereever it goes really, I just love your content

Played this game myself recently and Loved it. Its a very Wholesome little game and I wish there were more like it.

i love the "talking to some guy on the internet at 3:00 am" vibes the dialogue gives me

I loved this, it was a great new thing. I have some recommendations too. First Grimm's hollow, quite a bit shorter and prepare for feels. Next is himno, a chill no goal platformer. Third is "you will (not) remain" also short, not exploration so might not like it as much and also contains feels (of some kind anyway). Last is not least, and probably the one you'll like the most if you're down for a challenge; prologue to a vacant kingdom or its full version which is vacant kingdom; its not out yet (the full version) but will be out sometime this year or so says steam.

A while back I bought this game at like 12 am and didn't go to sleep until I completed it. The music was so good it just kinda kept you in the mind set of exploration, And learning about the characters in it. Its just a great game and it's really just really cool to see someone enjoy it that a really great content creator( anyways glad you had fun and to anyone else who plays it to hope you also had fun)

This feels like watching a kid in a candy store, just finding as much shit as he can lmao. Awesome.

Windy, if you haven't played Outer Wilds yet PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE record it when you do!! It's all about free exploration with a gorgeous story at its core, and is one of the best gaming experiences of all time, in my humble opinion. Great video as always, thank you! 💕

Hey, Windette! I think I know a game that may not be *as* soothing as this one here, but I think you'll like it! It's called ASTRONEER, it's a very laid-back crafting game where you play as an, well, an Astroneer! Find components and resources to build and automate, explore the 9 planets of the system to increase your horizons, and uncover the mysterious ancient technology of a race long ago! It does have it's high and low points, but overall, I love it! It has an AMAZING OST I think you'll enjoy, and I think the adorable Galastropods will brighten up your day!

Even after a year this is still one of my favorite videos it's so cute seeing windy just enjoy a game so much and actually like themselves

One of my favorite indie games by far, honestly. I got it for free on Epic but sometimes I really want to buy it on Steam to help the developers, but I'm broke lmao. Also I love that you just went past the visitor's center and found your first feather by yourself. A little disappointed that you didn't find the boy that races you, I think you would've liked the challenge.

Every time I think that Windy can't make a better vid then the last he proves me wrong. Thank you Windy for a new favorite. This new type of content is what I love to find from youtube please do keep making it

I really enjoyed this, and your obvious sense of adventure in discovering not only the landscape but the mechanics as well. Your delight was wonderful. His interest is just flailing a stick around matches what i would do

I genuinely surprised that penguin didn't immediately pull out his phone once at the top completely negating all of the lessons and subtext from the journey to the peak

I don't know if you've ever played Inscryption, but I'd absolutely LIVE for a blind run-through of that game! It's a fantastic story and has really fun card game mechanics, and honestly is one of my favorite all-time games so I highly recommend- even if it doesn't make it to a video.

Play Journey! (if you haven't already that is) It's the only game I have played that comes near the short but sweet and very wholesome that a short hike does! I also highly recommend a hat in time (very wholesome) and the stanley parable (you probably know why)

I think that sable, death’s door, or the last campfire could be a good game to play next if you liked this game

I would whole heartedly recommend either deaths door or stray to play on stream, both can be really calming

Unpacking and coffee talk are excellent games that you should totally check out. They are so relaxing to play.

You turned that Short Hike into a VERY long trek.

I hadn't seen this game before but it looks great! Btw I would recommend playing 'A pet shop after dark', it's an indie horror/ puzzle game that released recently, it's kinda difficult sometimes but it's a really interesting game

If you like exploration puzzlers I highly recommend The Witness and Rime. Both great games and not too long to complete.

This game was really beautiful. Loved the music changes. Also, I know this is a tad late, but I suggest Monster Sanctuary. It's a nice game (With a lot of reading and back tracking for secrets) and it's really fun to make teams.
