Your best bet is to tell all the people that mean the most to you, how important they are or what a positive influence they've been in your life and how much you appreciate and love them. And tell them while they are alive, that way if they pass suddenly, you don't have to rely on a self-proclaimed psychic to (Hopefully) pass on a message you should have shared before they died.
