My channel generally focuses on a more casual side of speedruns. With these videos I want to show off cool speedruns, explain how they work, and entertain. Hopefully you enjoy the content and maybe even take up speedrunning yourself, because it is truly a lot of fun!

I love how, as the run continues, the two of you have worse and worse humor, slowly losing sanity and memory. Bless you both. Also, the "What'cha building?" "I can't tell you" "Why not?" "I'm busy building." "Building what?" "I can't tell you" etc gag went on longer than I expected and the longer it went on the harder I laughed, definitely my favorite bit of the video.

@@dorkydorgi5873and then there are some games like Lego Skywalker Saga where they start the speedrun in the morning and end it in the morning… the next morning, that is.
4:43:08 It's called pod race original because that's how it was in the original game. Traveller's Tales released Lego Star Wars: The Videogame in 2005 and it only included Episodes I, II, and III, and in that game it had the original versions of pod race and gunship cavalry, as well as other timed sections (3yo me cried many tears playing those levels ): ) as well as that A New Hope bonus level. In 2006, the developers released Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy which was Episodes IV, V, and VI and had mostly the same mechanics as this game. In 2007, they released this game (The Complete Saga) which combined the content of the two games, updated the first game's content to make it more forgiving and have mechanics akin to the second game, plus loaded it with a bunch of bonus content.

4:32:40 this level was a nightmare as a kid, my brother and I spent weeks trying to get every last stud without giving up. I can't remember what eluded us but we would just eventually return with a better and more thorough plan of destruction. It was the first big gaming accomplishment I can remember. It probably wasn't that hard but I was like 7 and he was 10
Lego Indiana jones next?
lego indiana jones next?
I really enjoy watching them speedrun this stuff, and what makes it so much more enjoyable is how they don't take things like absolutely, crazy, serious. It just make it more entertaining to watch.
Those that watched the Clone Wars know why punches are so much stronger than anything else. The amount of clones that threw hands with droids and came out on top is insane lmao

4:43:15: That's the Podracer from the OG Lego Star Wars game, with Dexter's cantina as main area. That was a brutal level back then... Still is, but it was back then, too. It took me an unfathomable amount of time to 100% that level and unlock the Episode IV Prologue.
When my friend and I were in elementary, it would take us fifteen minutes to get out of the first hub area, and another hour to finish the first level. These two did it in two minutes.
Fun Fact: The Extra Levels (except the Lego City levels) were actually originally levels from the first LEGO Star Wars that released in 2005 for OG Xbox, PS2, and GameCube. The levels Gunship Cavalry (Original) and Podracing (Original) were redone for TCS due to player complaints about the original levels, the level A New Hope was just a teaser for LEGO Star Wars 2 and thus didn’t need to be included for TCS, and the level Anakin’s Flight was an unfinished level for Episode 1 (Still there in the code) that was rebuilt from the ground up for TCS.
And somehow after 5 hours, 28 minutes and 21 seconds of watching this video, I have reached the end of the run
Whole 5 hours of speedrunning a game of my childhood... Such a feast for the eyes
I was wondering why the podrace level was easier than expected earlier in the video. Didn’t realize they changed it!
14 hour speedrun... props to the editor for keeping the video flowing smoothly while still cutting it down to 5 hours and 30 minutes. Just finished watching all of it. I'm very impressed; I played this game a ton when I was younger but never got close to 100%ing it.

Finally finished the video after like 2 weeks of watching a bit here and there and I just wanna thank you both, what a journey into the nostalgia of this game this was, I played it all years ago but never got the 100%, I'd love it if you would do more lego games speedruns, especially 100% ones :) much love
Watched this over two days. Made me crack out the game again and start playing for the first time in about 10 yrs. Awesome video and hats off to you both
Doing this in one sitting is an incredible feat. Hats off to you man. :)
This is amazing. I was stupid enough to try this solo over the summer and the first attempt took as long as the world record just to do all the main levels on story mode because of cutscenes and poor routing/planning. I might try again this next summer after seeing your video.
11 years old me spent like 50 hours just to 100% Lego Star Wars 2 on the ps2. Seeing that time on TCS which has much more content is actually insane. And congratulations to both of you guys to keep the good energy through all of this non stop, this is awesome
This video was simply a blast to watch, over 5 hours of friendly banter and cool tricks! I love it when you two play together :D

The dedication this took is insane great job eazy
Hell yeah!! I’ve been waiting for this one since the last Lego Star Wars speedrun!!! Thank you for suffering for our enjoyment!!!
I never thought I would watch 4 hours of a speedrun of Lego Star Wars, I underestimated how much I would enjoy this.
I enjoyed the whole thing, thanks for your pain guys. Since you guys were hinting at it, I can say that I would totally watch videos of you guys doing an any% and a 100% speedrun of the 1st Lego Indiana Jones. Funnily enough, this game and Lego Indiana Jones 1 were the only two games I can remember 100 percenting on my xbox 360 when I was a kid.
A 5 and a half video of Ben doing a speed run is exact he kind of sleep sounds I need for smooth transition into sleepy times 😂😂

I absolutely love every video you make. Thanks for sharing, and ggs guys!
Thank you for all your videos! They are so nostalgic and fun to watch. Everytime I watch your speedruns my day gets a lot better.
Hehehe I love clicking on these long videos and just skipping like an hour or two ahead and just hearing the life draining from his voice 😂😂😂😂 Love your content man. Keep up the good work. ❤
Well I'll be damned. The madlads actually did it.
This was better than any movie I have ever watched. Also I used to have my phone notifications sound as yoda dieing so I keep checking it whenever I hear it despite me changing it.
This is so awesome to see because me and my sibling tried to 100% this a long time ago, but we sadly didn’t. Now I can see what it looks like and maybe try to 100% again. Thank you!

Why bash people who like tiktok? It's a legitimate form of media? Do you not remember people being sad that vine was shut down? Limitations on size and other things encourage creativity and new media to come out.
@EnderMega

@@cezaramaral3943 I dont have problem with memes, nonsense sort jokes that dont really add nothing, but the thing is, I only see up to 20 memes in a discord channel my friends have, that would take less then 7 minutes of my day, and them I proceed to only do/watch stuff that will grow me as a person. I cant really make all my points in here why I activelly dislike TikTok, cause it would take too much time; but in a very simple form: *It has a format that encorages easilly digestible(in the bad way), attention grabber, flash addictive content with no substance* (no way you can fit any type of knowledge in seconds of video). *For me* its a type of culture that I dont want to encorage. I would like to add some final things: 1 - Im not a boomer, Im technically part of the gen Z, so just saying that _I dont understand the new generation_ is not a argument. 2 - Im not saying that _the older generation was better_ and _this new generation is in a deplorable state_ , both generations have their own problem; bomers could be that they didnt want to learn, etc; but the current generation has its own problem, do you see how everyone jokes about attention spam now days? Well, thats the Gen Z problem, they dont want to put any effort in anything, they just want to see short videos for quick doppamine and dont want to put the effort into learning anything (writting, programming, music, drawing, etc...).

Yes, I know there is also stuff like that on KZread, Mr.Beast is an exaplem of that, I do like some Mr.Beast videos, but you cant denie they are made to pump dopamine in your veins; my point is that TikTok format, just like shorts on KZread, *ARE MADE TO/ENCORAGE* that type of content that I do not agree should be on such a large scale.
