Little mistake. The V8 engines were American engines. The one off specially made for Lamborghini were V12 engines from his own factory.

Is there a life of good taste after a Riva?🤔
Although a fabulous and beautifully built boat, they seem to plane very nose high, which doesn't help with forwards visibility.
shame riva boats now suck. I used to look after a sunriva and it was a lemon. wet to ride in, wiring was shocking, the deck drains leaked so bilges took on water and ended up having problems with rot in the bearers.. you could push on the side of the hull and feel the fiberglass flexing..so unimpressed

Truly sad to hear this. Certainly hope someone feels the duty to honor the legacy of quality that signore Carlo Riva personified.
