My dear, I understand how you feel about your situation but I’m still going to tell you that this is not the end of time, because so many of us especially we the ladies. So many of us lie in bed and scroll through social media after a breakup. They want to see their ex, check in on what they're doing, and maybe even do a little spying. It may seem childish, but they're the ones that I can without a doubt say I love. Even if you don't have parents with you at this time in life, it's important to learn how to love yourself the way you deserve to be loved. I'm still on that self-love journey and the end is nowhere in sight but just take things a day at a time.
