America can and will build a modern land rail system.
Since no one has said it, I think the idea of NASA making a railway on the moon with a functioning train is cool.
How much will that cost? Where will be the material found? Which factories will it produce and where? This is all vapor ware!

So some sections on the moon will be no go area for new countries entering exploration, similar to what is happening in Antarctica which is near Africa, Alaska etc. God help us we are tired here.
