This is a beautiful golf resort that is kept exceptionally clean and tidy. I've been coming here for ten years and it remains perfect and unspoilt. You don't have to be a golfer (like me) to enjoy this resort with its beautiful and lush surroundings.
With everything on site for residents, including communal pool, shops, services, paddle tennis, supermarket, and excellent restaurants, you'll see just how special this resort is and why people return year after year. It is safe and secure and family friendly - the perfect place to visit.

Thank you for the touch of sunshine on a miserable January morning. I bought a villa beginning of last year, don't get to stay that often at the moment, so it was a nice reminder of why I bought.

Hi Julia, Thanks for the comment and you are most welcome. You have made an excellent choice to buy at this resort. I'll be buying here at some point as in my opinion, it's the best. I may have some more Murcia video and as soon as I can get a decent amount of time at my PC, I'll upload it. Enjoy your beautiful villa in one of the best resorts around!

Hi and sorry for the delay in replying to you. It's been busy here as I've been testing some cameras! There will be activity between Jan and March but it will be quieter than summer plus the weather won't be as hot. That said, it's a good time of year to go exploring and to find your bearings. When the sun shines it will be warm, and way better than the UK.
Calle Anacardo Torre Pacheco is where we were looking at is that on one of your tours ?

Hi, Calle Anacardo is nice and is part of the newer area in the Mar Menor resort. It's not far from the paddle tennis courts. From memory, the buildings are white colour I think (I could be wrong)? I haven't been there to film just yet but that area of the development is on my radar and I will post footage here as soon as I've been. If you've been already, let me know what you thought. Hi Mark, as far as I'm aware you drive through security via the visitor barrier when entering and exiting - that's what I did last time I was there renting. It's no bother at all and the visitor barrier is right next to the residents' barrier. Have a great trip - you'll love it.

Hi, you are correct, it's not Polaris World any longer. Unfortunately Polaris World had financial difficulties, I believe partly because of the Spanish property bubble and as far as I understand, proceeded to sell their golf developments around 2010, finally filing for bankruptcy in 2017.
