As someone who had played a lot of central America I have one thing to say, never underestimate Mexico lol. Modded? Vanilla? Doesn't matter, when i get to mexico (or they got to me) that's when shit hit the fan

Mexico really does ramp up in the mid game, they have a really strong focus tree and the industry builds up quick after 1939

A little tip to alleviate your manpower woes: when you take enemy territory you get a small amount of non-core manpower. The issue is that your occupation law uses up more than you gain. However, if you were to ask for garrison manpower from a populous nation (e.g. India) it will prioritize their manpower netting you all of that sweet non-core manpower. Bonus points for getting a Prince of Terror advisor which gives you an extra 2% non-core manpower. Using this method you can gain a lot of extra manpower. Just don't think too much about the implications of drafting your conquered foes into your army.

I will sadly admit it took tens of hours to learn how to properly plan naval invasions. It may take longer to plan out but instead of sitting there forever waiting you can launch almost instantly

Perhaps you could use the “jazzy generic focus trees” mod next time, it doesn’t alter the game too much however it nonetheless makes it a lot less repetitive and more enjoyable to play

A another wing for naval invasions, you can just select a few units. Let’s say 3, add the naval invasion, and press the naval invasion order button again, select the next units for the invasion and select the naval invasion order again and once assigned press the button again. The units will be assigned without having to go and control click each unit on the order. Hope that made sense

About Concentrated Industry. There are videos about the math behind it, and you realy never want to choose comcentrated. It takes like 2 years before comcentrated produces the same amount as dispersed and you dont get the bombing bonuses. Andwhen you seitch to newer weapons it becomes even worse. Sadly dispersed is much better.

I still don’t understand why Austria,Iran,Belgium,Albania and Iraq do not have focus tree but Iceland does. Also Brazil is a good shoutout.
