Day Man Ok, I get the difference, but still surreal to make a point about society. And in this case, there is a parallel to 'needing to advertise to keep ya music career afloat' and 'needing to advertise to keep ya KZread thingy afloat'. It's a sad reflection of society. Pretty surrealist if you think about it. Quite pitiful also.

I grew up in a super racist household. I saw this from a young age and have done my best to avoid the same behavior. That being said, black movies/music/topics have always made me a little uncomfortable. I've always avoided black culture, while still believing that everyone should be treated equally. I had to MAKE myself watch Atlanta and I'm SOOOO happy I did. Such an awesome show with incredibly smart things to say while still being hilarious. But perhaps the more important thing is, it exposed me to a culture that has always made me feel a little uncomfortable and helped me see it in a new light.

Daniel Campbell the problem is that black people identify mlre with their black skin than with being american. White people in America identify themselves as americans first and at whites later on (don't think it's that important for them anyways - except in your case maybe). Black people should stop seperating themselves and start seeing themselves as equals as most people do anyways. Start listening to people like Kanye and Candace Owens and break your DemocRATS induced conditioning to have a voter-base. And stop leaving your babymamas - single mother households (which most black people tend to grlw up in) are also a major reason you as a people fail, because it needs both parents to create a great upbringing.

Atlanta is a show about the environment of local people in Atlanta; they just happen to be black (because that's who lives in those neighbourhoods of Atlanta). It's not a commentary on Blackness or elements of the African American culture--just a few that are relevant to the lifestyles of people from this region in this time period; they could do the same show in Seattle and it would have white people and probably make fun of hipsters and liberal-arts majors... Shows like Boondocks and Dear White People are specific satirical looks at black culture from the perspective of movements, subcultures, and stereotypes within the African American experience in the US. Atlanta is a show about a few people from an area of Atlanta and there's some race stuff 'cause, you know, that's what we deal with...

Channel Criswell, Super Eyepatch Wolf, and Glass Reflections offer quality videos exploring deeper ideas in Cowboy Bebop. Not to say that because those channels made videos about Cowboy Bebop no other channel should, but if WiseCrack never gives their perspective on CB, there are good channels that have offered theirs. I mean if WC did a CB video, I'd be one of the first there.

i've seen a lot of tv shows in my life and i gotta say, atlanta might be the best one ever when it's finished. even if season 3 is half as good as 1 &2 it's still gonna be way better than any other comedy or half hour show ever. there's just so much to go back to in every episode, it's pretty remarkable that something this unique exists today with all of the formulaic shows that exist
