flour 280g
baking powder 1 tsp
pinch of salt
cold butter 100g
sugar 80g
1 egg
filling:
strawberries 300g
sugar 80g
corn starch 2 tbsp
cake mold 28cm
bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes
* corn starch can be turned into potato starch
