The Kumari has playmates who come to the house to play with her. The Kumari is home schooled by competent teachers. Of course, as a Kumari receiving adoration from the public, she has to maintain the proper dignity and decorum. After the Kumari returns to normal life after her term, she blends back into society seamlessly. There are many ex-Kumaris and they marry and are indistinguishable from their peers, except that they have the supreme experience of having provided spiritual solace to an entire society. A potential Kumari's parents have the right to refuse to make her a Kumari. Compare this with the fate of a child who is identified as the reincarnation of a Tibetan lama. He is taken from his home and put in a monastery for the rest of his life and he cannot live his normal life.

@@Mangoo88 yes we are blinded by the culture, any problem? If the kid does not have any problem, they are happy then why is your blood boiling. Chill, this is our culture and this is safe by any means, not hampering any child rights.
