I just want to see how you break down water. How you develop a pattern, and your thought process on the water. Nobody does that, and I think it's the most valuable thing you can share.

I love your Mental Midget Monday vids, especially when you venture into the unknown (by you) of law. If I were still teaching, I would definitely include a class or two on some of your musings, as the gap between your “solutions” and what our Constitution allows is often a huge chasm, one that even 8th grade American History students can fathom. I think that students bearing witness to people who openly subvert the Constitution adds to the value of the lessons and an appreciation of that document. Some of my favorites have been (1) your pronouncement that “credibly accused” persons be stripped of their rights without 5th amendment protections and (2) your assertion that unelected persons should “legislate” private property rights by changing the definition of words. Keep the hits coming, Randy. They’re a great validation of the need for our documents of freedom.

Randy, a big thank you for your advice and suggestions when it comes to fishing. I've been around for over 80 years now, started drowning grasshoppers and worms way back in the last century around 50 or 51. My technique was pretty simple, a 7 or 8 foot bamboo pole, a 25 foot length of yellow cord, a number 4 or 6 Mustad hook and an old rusty nut for weight and a simple cork bobber. Occasionally i'd catch a perch, bluegill, bullhead or channel cat. lol! Every KZreadr has an opinion on how to, what to and don't do, however your approach is straight forward and generally makes the most sense. I was not aware of your Fishing Teacher and Advanced Bass sites until now. Thanks for sharing and providing me with more things to learn, I am enjoying all the sites. Cheerio

I watched your video on how to catch fish with a spinning rod and responded on how I was losing fish (probably 50 or 60% losses) on my light line (2 to 4lb. test line). After thanking you for the insight, I put your advice to the test, and I actually boated 13 out of 15 bites. I did lose a 4 or 5 pounder right at the boat trying to lip the bass that wouldn't open his mouth and when he did the lure popped out of its mouth. Thanks for your knowledge and willingness to share. You are the Bill Dance of today for me.

It’s a shame, because it’s the best camera for this kind of thing (as far as I know). Short of the GoPro’s…..phones are what everyone else is using as well, now the the phone camera’s are so good now. As a viewer said below, you got a really good thing going for us fisherman that want good applicable information…. “just do your thing Randy”.
