A Spanish butcher taught me this trick! I don't cook chicken any other way!
Recipe 1:
4 chicken legs.
Salt.
black pepper.
some vegetable oil.
do on each side.
1 tbsp or 30 g butter.
1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil.
Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
3-4 cloves of garlic.
1 large red onion.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add garlic.
1 tsp paprika.
2 tablespoons flour.
3-4 ripe tomatoes.
chop finely.
grind in a blender.
200-300 ml broth.
some black pepper.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Rosemary.
Add salt, pepper or other favorite seasonings if necessary.
Simmer over low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes.
This is incredibly delicious chicken in gravy!
Garnish.
Cauliflower.
Cut like in the video.
Boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
Make puree.
Add butter and cream.
Our healthy puree is ready.
Bon appetit!
Recipe 2:
Ingredients:
Olive oil.
Butter.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 chicken 1.5kg.
Cut like in the video.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Do it on both sides.
fry on both sides.
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon tomato paste.
1 tablespoon honey.
Salt.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Ginger.
Brush chicken with marinade.
1 large orange.
Rosemary.
Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
100 grams of rice.
Pour in 2 glasses of water.
Let cook for 20 minutes.
Let's make a spicy sauce.
Orange juice.
lemon juice.
Sugar.
Ginger juice
hot pepperoni.
Garlic.
Salt.
Vinegar.
1 tbsp starch.
cook until thickened.
Teriyaki sauce.

1 teaspoon paprika.

Black pepper.
Mix well.
Parsley.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Bread with bran.
fry in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 700 gr.
Cut like in the video.
Cover with cling film.

Salt.
black pepper.
Do this on each side.
let marinate.
Mozzarella 100 gr.
Carrot.
Parsley.
Yogurt 150 ml.
Salt.
2 pickled cucumbers.
cut into stripes.

Длинный, потому как длинные ролики лучше продвигаются на ютубе.... а это подписота и просмотры... а просмотры это деньги. Сейчас в среднем в кулинарной нисше 1000просмотров стоит 1,2-2доллара (это для роликов 8-10 минут.. в 40 минутном, скорее всего дороже... просто за счет количество рекламных вставок).... так, что человек потратился на продукт и ему надо эти продукты отбить)

The person who said 2 mistakes is correct ..they just said in an offensive way. Any good chef will consider others recommendation. Roasting the tomatoes..onions and garlic will add a depth of flavor to ur dish. You should never add sourcream till ur dish is complete for as she said if its boiled after sourcream is added it will separate and curdle.

Maybe it is the way I was raised watching the women in our family cook,but the leg quarters look as though they could use more browning,maybe cook a bit longer and definitely more seasoning.I think with some modifications,this could satisfy our palate at my house,great base recipe with some Southern potential 👍🏿
