It does! This playlist is proof. Its worth it just to find and hear things like this, even though some people may try to convince someone that this kind of pirpose is ‘dumb, too unambiguous’ or something… but its not true

If your reading this, it's probably night time or maybe your studying for that upcoming test you have, or you might not be doing anything, you might just want to listen to some calming music. No matter the reason, I hope you know that everything is okay, take a deep breath, pause your studying, stop what your doing, look outside, go outside if possible, just for a minute. Take a minute to take a couple deep breaths outside, get some fresh air. Fill your lungs with the cold air outside, take a minute to look around, look at this beautiful earth we live on, it may be flawed but it's still beautiful. Just like you, I hope you dream, I hope you find yourself, do what you want to do, find your happy place, be around the people you love! Do anything that could help you. I struggled with this too. I would often shame myself for little things I did or said or simply because I felt inadequate. And now I have been working on thinking gentle thoughts. "I'm not good enough" became "well, I always try." Or I simply said my own name in my head and told myself that one misgiving didn't mean I wasn't still a beautiful human being. I know it's not as easy as "you should just try to love yourself." Allow yourself to cry. Whisper to yourself the comfort you want to hear. Ask for help. And my best advice is to stop and smell the roses. Pick a wildflower if you find it beautiful. Look at the sky and marvel at the fact that you can breathe. And listen to uplifting music :D All my love!! Best of luck to you

youtube recommendations as soon as I wake up, ever since i swept through playlists all day, is the best things that happened to me in a day.❤

listening to this playlist makes me remember the past. what if we never drifted apart? what if we still woke up every day, excited to play together, excited to check our notifications, excited.. to be happy? what if I never quit? what if I never forgot? was it my fault? my fault that they all dissolved and moved on? i miss them so much. and I know we found each other again, I know they’re back, and I’m just happy they’re even alive, because I was so worried they weren’t, but things just aren’t the same. they’ve changed, and some of them aren’t even back, some of them are still gone. and we barely even talk anymore. and I miss when I wasn’t afraid to be “cringe”, when I didn’t care what people thought, but growing up is such a burden that I’m barely myself anymore. and I miss last summer. it was the best time of my life. and sure, in the long run none of this matters, but I can’t help but wonder what could have been.
