It's really impressive that Jag can not only sing like that, but he was spot-on the entire song, didn't hit an off note.

Sweet zombie jesus he really sings like that.

I know this band is really pretty well known for post hardcore genre, but... so underrated.

The way that the screams and the instruments are so faded into the back makes me wander.

I really can't help it but I like this strange voice very much. ...and am I the only one who is envious of the singer about his hair? :D

His voice was autotuned in this. It may have been recorded live but that doesn't mean it's not edited. It's pretty easy to tell this is autotuned.

That's what i'm wondering too. The later the video has been shot the worse it sounds to me, even with a decent recording camera. To make a final conclusion one needs to see them live obviously, but I don't think they are coming to my country for a long time though.

I've been listening to a Skylit Drive for about a year and only just found out the lead singer is a dude o_o. Epic band nonetheless :D

they run his mic through a harmony engine . thats how it sounds good. hes singing it. its just being slightly edited to sound more prestine

don't get me wrong people, i love ASD, but the jag vocal was redone, you can clearly see in 1:26. i am not diminishing the quality of his vocals.

aSkylitDrive is the only screamo band that I like. and the studio version is 10x times better than live :) I almost lost it when I knew the vocalist was a man lmao

naw thats just whos told to scream but the drummer does more of a deeper scream, so if thats what would sound better at parts of the song then thats who screams.

This is edited without a doubt. They are very good live but they do not sound like this- nobody does. The screaming and his high notes are definitely altered. Post-production for the DVD. Every instance he goes from low notes to high notes or high notes to low notes you can hear the pitch get altered (auto-tune).

@DropkickTheDinosaur because of too many people saying he sucks live, he tries to prove them wrong by trying to sing better. fuckyeah.

This ain't edited. It's pure sound. They don't even use auto-tune. They're post hardcore. Only pop music sand RnB using auto tune. But like this live?auto tune?dont you think that post hardcore will use auto tune for what?for a suck? Fuck men. I already see them play live and jags voice is what you hear in this video is still his voice in live. We can its auto tune coz it's clean in live. But it ain't edited. It's pure. I must say. They're good.
