I bought my late uncle Benny's planter Jr. I enjoy antiques, I paid my Aunt Martha 85.00 , but it did not matter , it's the memories I have over the years .

I have a double wheel hoe. Use it everyday. It’s the main tool in my arsenal. I keep an acre of garden totally weed free and looking good with only a wheel hoe and a few hand tools. A must have tool in my opinion.

I’m glad I watched this. I bought an old place in WV that had one of these poorly stored under the sun porch. I kept it because I liked the nostalgia of it but it’s not usable. Now that I know what it is, I’ll be looking for one of these. Thank you for the lesson.

Like to have the offset brackets, so not walking on the fresh tilled soil. The footstep compaction makes it easier for weeds to get started from seed in the soil. Great information provided!

I am 68 years old I live by myself. I have a 3000 square-foot garden and a very bad back and I can't thank Hoss enough for their wonderful wonderful hand plows!! I own two double wheel hoes and it makes my gardening so much easier and I am convinced they are adding years to me being able to continue to work in my garden because of the ease of the work with them! They are more than worth the investment if you're young or old!!!

I bought 1 off you close to a decade ago now. Never used it. I drove a semi truck 🚛 for 25 years. At that time I think I bought all the implementation you had. Now I'm off the road now I can finally use it. I have to dig my tiller out as well. I love the history of it. I've seen some small market gardeners on KZread using it

Greg I have been using my hoe dag tool the last two weeks , I purchased a second one , a suggestion i have is on the right side of the hoe dag using right handed , can it be designed to have a sharpen side about 4" , like the large front section very sharp , even both sides , I feel it would help me & others in working the weeds down , it still would last a life time , USA made , I am so impressed with this tool , it has made my life weeding easier . I hope this will be helpful , thank you !

My double wheel hoe is absolutely the one tool I can’t live without! Funny you should mention Joel and Earth Tools, I actually bought my wheel hoe from them and it’s how I found you guys back in the early days. You’re right, I don’t know of anybody that knows walk behinds better than Joel! Judging by the number of questions I get about implements and setups on the wheel hoe, I’d say it’s a good subject for a full blown video and probably a Row by Row show too!

My five-foot pull behind rotary tiller and my small walk behind 16" rotary tiller have been game changers but hand tools like this are essential in my experience too. And darn sure beats a hand hoe!

I use the disc attachment to cut in cover crops into my 30" permanent beds after hand spreading the seeds -- much better germination that way. I find I need only 3 different tools for weeding -- between the wheel hoe, long handle oscillating hoe (also from Hoss), and the long handle wire weeder (from Neversink Farms), I have no problems keeping weeds under control both between and within rows.

I own 5 wheel hoe's. I have them set up for different types of tasks. I purchased mine at garage & estate sales. I don't have 20$ apiece in them. They work so very well. Your Hass wheel hoe's are ridiculistly over priced. You have stolen an excellent American idea and you did NOT improve upon it. Your axel system is pathetic. When I have had to replace the handles on any of mine I have upgraded the lumber to 5/4 material. The reason that I own so many is because I don't feel that wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets have any business in a garden. So I have mine set at different spacing and some set up with different tools. I don't have 100$ in 5 wheel hoe's, you want 360$ for one. Your axle set up is the worst. So you have stolen a great idea, cranked up the price, and didn't improve one single aspect of this excallent stolen idea. Shame on you. The Lord God is watching us all and you are coming up wanting.
