A Silay City tradition of food: ANG MANUGLIBOD

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Isn’t it surreal how something as mundane as a native delicacy can stir and entwine peoples’ lives? Such is the power of food, especially the ridiculously good kind. However, Negrense native snacks are more than just sugar and sticky rice. The journey taken by the manuglibod is the same winding road that brought us these childhood favorites today. In the brief moments that your paths crossed with theirs, they made you smile in a way that created a lasting memory. As the seasons change, may the innate sweet tooth of the child in all of us continue to pull on heartstrings and answer the call of the manuglibod.

I miss Negros. I'm glad to hear the language spoken here and see those delicacies I love eating as a child who grew up in Bacolod. I just subscribed so I'm looking forward to future features here. BTW, hope to get support for my channel, too tani.
