In CA is relatively healthy but not happy. Yes money is temporary, peace of mind is priceless. Other topic that foreigners can’t buy land due to the Philippines is a small country and so far only my 3/4K islands are habitable. The PH were colonized by different countries so after independence foreigners are welcome to trade, live etc but the land is reserve for the PH nationals. The poor Filipinos might be taken by foreign ownership and where will the Nationals live. This is what happened to one island in Greece ( news report 3 yrs ago) where the inhabitant became an outsider as expensive villas sprouted owned by foreign wealthy people.

Grew up in Orange County CA in the 80s and I too have a six figure job with my CS and Mathematics degrees. However, I am not crazy enough to give all my income back to the state. The only people that can afford to live in CA are the rich and the poor, the middle class are struggling.

he is right the government restricted foreigners to own a land if they do that rich people will own most of the Philippine lands or properties it will be expensive like in hawaii. it will be unfair for those average Filipinos that they can buy or afford a land in their own country. like those hawaiian native they cant afford to buy a properties even their ancestors own that place

This gentleman is a necessity to youtube and will bring computer knowledge to benefit all. Not all females, and that would include Filipinas, are loving, caring women. I have the experience as many other western women have and are good nurses. We are usually a little older and are not interested in having a baby. Difficult to understand a man who has had his family, goes against what his retirement could be and because his wife wants a child he will go that route. Why is it not a consideration to choose a woman who has past the child bearing years and ready, willing, and able to live in the retirement mode you have worked for all your life.

A lot of the men I meet do choose older women. However the men who have had a child late in life become excellent loving fathers. And I agree with you: there are wonderful nurses in every country
