I'm kind of stunned that the stadium had power. I think there were one or more tornadoes throughout the city. A tornado cell passed right over where I worked right before the game started, and a lot of us had to hide in the center part of the facility.

Javier was dicing them up with his off speed tonight boys and girls. Changeup and slider working well and we see the results. Eventually hitters around the league were gonna adjust to his invisi-fastball, especially with the velo dropping some since 2022, so dialing in those off speed pitches to pair with his fastball to keep hitters off balance is obviously a recipe for success. Especially if he can get ahead of hitters locating pitches in the zone. We'll see how it works out against better lineups but no doubt it was good to see tonight. 5 games out of 1st place in the division, strap up the head bands and keep chippin away Stros

I live in Austin and my power was out for a bit too, that storm hit all of Texas and HARD

My power was out but it came back on right when the highlights were uploaded :D

I just got power back, I believe a tornado landed right by my house so I’m thankful the power even came on, everyone else in my family is still without power

I always remind my friends saying “you have to remember we spent 7 years on top of the mountain” we got used to winning and being an AMAZING team. Same for me born in 94. I will always cherish the killer bee era and the blt era.
