Ok, this is adressed to anyone who heard the first couple minutes of the video with that constant feeling of cringe: You're completely right, so did I! I was very confused at first with what was presented to me, and it probably had more to do with the clash of expectation vs reality, that it did with the material itself... because upon second, third, and every subsecuent replaying, I can't help to grin and giggle like an idiot at the whole play. If you're familiar with some of Super BunnyHop's most popular videos, allow me to quote a part of his "Critical Close-up: Metal Gear Solid 3" video: "Genuine camp is about noticing an honest effort that's technically unskilled or misguided, but it's gotta have a heart of gold underneat all that. It's not as easy to do it deliberately, it's better as a fortunate mistake. You end up appreciating the artist's effort even tho it's technically not very skillfull. -cue the "I did not hit her!" The Room scene. When you laugh at something that's campy you're not really mocking it, you're enjoying it." So maybe give the video a second try, paying attention to all the visual jokes that pair with George's narration, and feel free to throw popcorn or tomatos or what-have-you at the actors. This video is a play, it's goofy on purpose, snarky on several remarks, and it's made entirely to entertain us, the audience, while keeping the journalist style of distributing information about the chosen subject.

Asscreed Odyssey really is a very good game. Messy and crude in spots, sure (and it desperately needs more ways to quickly correct if your stealth fails), but Ass Odyssey adds precisely the branching plot and dialogue systems this franchise has always needed, and it's just so incredibly sprawling and fun throughout. Even the frame story, mostly with the DLC though, felt relevant and exciting again, for the first time since the first Italy game.

9:32 eh that’s still a very contentious debate in classical historical studies. There are still many scholars who believe Homer was one person and the evidence is within the stylistic unity of the texts in question. I’ve had teachers who are On both sides of the fence (my major in uni was history/literature and my minor was classics). Both sides have compelling arguments and the juries still out as to who was likely right.

Wow, you inspired me to start a channel talking about videogames and in the end it has turned more into literature and poetry. And now you do one with poetry and literature. The circle has closed!
