Today it's been two years since you've changed my life. 15 march 2022 I watched a video of yours and quit, that day, my two biggest addictions: - smoking - video games And started doing everything that you preach, 24/7. I've now cured: - my ADHD - my social anxiety due to bullying at a young age - my lack of confidence with people - my lack of confidence with my work - my constant negative thoughts about myself I'm on track to a great life and I am really seeing it coming month by month. I will NEVER want to go back. This sucks but it's freaking fulfilling and fun.

summary of morning routine 1) wake up and take a cold shower don't pussy it and start with hot water then cool it turn on max cold water and jump in for 10-20 seconds to shock your body and increase dopamine then you can take your normal shower @ 2) make bed and meditate do a simple meditate focus on your breathing and when you get random thoughts return your focus to your breathing meditation is the act of returning to the present when you lose focus set up a timer for a few minutes and increase when you do more meditating (i'd recommend starting with 3-5 minutes and increasing with time) 3) gratitude journaling write down a few things you are grateful for on a paper or in your notes on the phone (i recommend a pen and paper) some ideas are the sacrifices your family made for you and the good friends you have the good things that happened to you the fact that you are safe and have a home 4)Eat the frog start doing the biggest and hardest task for you that needs to be done -working on your business -studying physics which is your hardest exam in university or high school the key thing is do the hardest thing first don't delay and push it

This video isn't bad, but at the same time, it seems like a combination of many previous videos. Maybe try something like a short-form guide. Ideally 10-20 minutes. Your guides are my favorite but short guides might get more views from Jeffrey’s & loyal fans would still watch them.

Great post and very informative my brother. Your morning routine is very similar to what Sikhs do too. 🙌🏼 We wake up early in the morning, which is known as Amrit Vela (2am-6am) first thing we clean ourselves, take a cold shower (our Guru instructed us to only use cold water, not hot) and then we meditate by chanting God’s name (we say Waheguru, but you can say Allah or Raam doesn’t matter because God is One). We also have been taught to learn horse riding and sword fighting, known as Gatka (Sikh martial arts). Our Shaheeds (martyrs) and ancestors were one of the greatest and most fearless warriors ever. We strive to be like them. ☝🏼⚔️

I’m 28 years old, I wish this content was here 10 maybe 15 years ago. But better late than never, so I hit the gym every possible moment. It’s week 3 and i hit the gym already 13 times since then

Great routine, have been following it for awhile. Mine also includes sunlight exposure 30-60 min after waking up and coffee in about 2 hours, both during the deep work period

@@theonlyconstantischang3 I meant like an actual morning routine where I could go on a 30min walk/run for example. But yeah you are right. I have done that in the past, where I did a 5min stretch right after I woke up. Gotta start doing that again

The beginning part of the video was very true, I have done that exact same thing and it sucks. You know what you are doing but you do it anyways. A whole day can be wasted just by one thing in the morning

Hamza, I know you probably won't read this. But if you do, I would be more than grateful if you upload a guide on how to find our Purpose in life. As a 16 year old with no special talents or interests, finding something I'm really 'passionate' about is almost a chore. I believe there are more young guys just like me who are in a similar situation, not knowing what their purpose or passion. Thank you.

Hey Hamza, I tried gratitude journaling about my mum this morning and it just made me sad. It’s hard to feel grateful for her despite all the love and effort she’s put into raising my brother and I. I think somewhere along the way, our respect for her and her effort in the family dried up and we haven’t been as present with each other since. I feel I’ve given up on her a bit because she is stubborn and unwilling to change/hear others points of view and still carrying much of her own trauma which can come out on us. How did you find those true, powerful feelings of gratitude for your parents underneath all that pain? Cheers
