In this video, I'll show you a real motion design project, I've recently done, from start to finish.
I've done the motion graphics for the TEDxYouth in Munich for the past few years, so I was very happy to be able to do it this year as well. It's mainly animated content for social media and animations for the stage of course. Like an intro, loops and speaker announcements.

Man this video was by far one of the best motion design educational video i came across so far. Damn it, the animation was so sleek and meaningful. No one really shows how to deal with real client projects but you did it man. Respect ++

Great content as usual Manuel. You've helped myself and a lot of other people more than you realise! My Motion Design skills have come along leaps and bounds since I came across your channel. You have helped me a lot in my career as a Videographer to make more engaging content and I really appreciate it. Thank you and please keep up the great work 😁

Awesome! You’re so welcome!
Love seeing the process, Manuel. I use a similar one myself when laying out a project. I usually export my comps or sections of them and then edit them all as video within Premiere which allows for timing changes and easier audio management. Any reason why you do the entire edit in AE? Great work as always!
Just amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience. Is it possible to see all full versions of the content you created? Please make more such kind of videos ❤

Great way to show the skills required, although a little too fast. I think it will frighten beginners, but very nice :-)

Motion Graphics on Video | After Effects Tutorial kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z3iJj8WSZ8aWgdo.html Maybe this video helps?
I'm curious how much time this project took you? Start to finish and everything in between??
@ManueldoesMotion
Жыл бұрын
That's tough to say as it has spread over months. With lot's of breaks in between. All in all I would say probably around 20 days...

@@ManueldoesMotion Thanks! It's like a plant, when you take care of it and give everything what it deserves, it gets better. Good quailty work! KODOs
Appreciate the content, woulda been nice if it was more detailed tho. ( but I get it it's not a tutorial, it's just what you did for a certain company )
@ManueldoesMotion

Hey thanks! It would have made the video 5 hours long:) I didn’t want it to be a tutorial, rather show a project and my workflow overall…
Did you skip the story boarding stage because you are experienced enough to improvise directly in AE?
@ManueldoesMotion
2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, there was no storyboarding. The design / style was set so I started in After Effects. I usually have pretty good idea of how I want things to look like in my mind. And as I didn’t have to present anything… I am lazy:)
Why do you work with a tablet instead of mouse?
@ManueldoesMotion
2 жыл бұрын
I‘ve been using one since forever… So it’s mostly a habit. And it’s great for drawing in Photoshop or Illustrator.
🔥Great video! See you on our website. Domestika Team 🤗
