It is very simple, if your reactive and aggressive dog does not accept treats, a 'certified' treat based dog trainer or behaviourist can not help you and they will usually make your dog's behaviour worse.

Dog whisperers are rare. You can tell if they will have success if there's a change within just a few minutes. Seriously. Otherwise you need to find someone else to work with. Great job.
