A rather crazy day in Matala - Crete Vlog
In this limited series of videos, I'm taking you on a week-long trip to the Greek island of Crete, one of my favorite places on this planet. By the end of the series, you'll understand why :)
For this video, I drove down to Matala, the tourist town where the hippies had set up camp in the 1960s. They took over the caves that had been there for thousands of years to make them their love nests Or nests to make love in. Depending on who you ask.
But today did not go as expected. Not at all..

I grew up in Ponza, Italy and this island reminds me of it and the other pontine islands and it makes me miss home.
