In this video we take a look at the #Rolex #Datejust #Oysterquartz, a relatively rare (only about 25,000 made) and IMO, very beautiful #watch.
Жүктеу.....

Beautiful piece, please always include wrist shots. Saving up for a black dialed yellow gold OQ to accompany my 17000.

Came here right after your quartz video. Happy to know you serviced it without caring what anyone else says. I looked into getting an OysterQuartz in Blue but I'd want it to be at least 100m water resistance so that I can actually use it all the time. Considering this is a vintage piece, however, it has been serviced by Rolex, would you jump into a pool with it?

Only a shallow one. I'd trust it to be water resistant, it does have a screw-down crown, but why tempt the devil?

What is the water resistance rating and does it have a sapphire crystal? I am considering buying one as I think this is an amazing watch. Thanks.

It is a top-level Rolex, finished better than the mechanical models that product cycle. Sapphire, screw-down crown, the works. Fantastic piece

On the manual it said 50m (1978), but RSC last month said 100m.

How do you get papers when the original one lost?

It wasn't cheap. You get new papers with a factory service. But it was worth it.

@@TalkingTimepieces Wow that seems like a lot. But the new dial must have been a big factor. You basically have like a totally new watch.

A word about dimensions would have been useful in the review. Wristwatches have dials, not 'faces'. And, a used Submariner for $6K?

That was the price at the time the video was made. If you want to be a semantics smartass, find another channel to follow. I do my show unscripted for veracity, if you want perfect I can't help you.

Not to mention watches have faces. You made me check, i was so confused about your inane question. You can use other terms, but face is appropriate. Next time try stop at i didn't give measurements.
