Today I wanted to share a no talking, strictly engine noises, driving video of the S38B36 powered E9 coupe. This car is like nothing else Ive ever experienced so join me on a quick drive dedicated to driving the "Autobahn Express" the way it's meant to be driven! High revs, ITB induction noise, and a beautiful exhaust note!! This is the E9 dreams are made of!

In Britain, to the question "what's the most beautiful car EVER?", most people would answer "Jaguar E Type". Not for me though, it is this one, the BMW E9, she is stunning, just look at it! 😍 You are one lucky man my friend, she is perfection!

Great car.
Thai is a stunning car, but that engine alone is worth doing a video. For me one of the best engines ever built by bmw and certainly one of the nicest sounding this side of a McLaren f1. I could listen to it all day the ITB’s (note they are handbuilt engines, last built that way bu bmw) as featured in the e34 m5. Plus it is bullet proof in 3.6ltr guise

This car is sex on wheels. Gorgeous styling with “modern” power and making all the right NA inline 6 ITB noises. Looks pretty roomy inside which is good. Cuz I want it and I’d end up living out of it if I did 😂😂

how does the chassis feel with so much horsepower. I feel like 350 hp would rip the subframe out of my e36.

Honestly the chassis handles the power extremely well. It doesn’t feel out of place or aggressive by any means!
Beautiful car! But can't help but feel like the ignition timing on it is off.

Curious what makes you think that? Not really possible to alter ignition timing on one of these, distributor and rotor aren’t adjustable. Unless you’re referring to mechanical timing, but even then I think that would make itself known. Im happy to learn!
