This tea is really funky, it has an animal funkiness which makes it really special. I'm glad I bought a cake.

I'm still learning raw Pu Erh. I got accustomed to horse blanket ripes and tasted some low quality, bitter shengs. I'm thinking this one would be a good one to dive into.

Don I know you give brewing parameters as a general guide. I like my tea like you however, strong and thick with high leaf ratio. I have a sample of this tea. Should I brew with off boil water? As opposed to the 95c suggested in the guide?
