A PROVEN Seafood Soup Rice 泡饭 RECIPE that works every time! Delicious Pao Fan 海鲜泡饭 Chinese Recipe
This Seafood Soup Rice 海鲜泡饭 is pretty easy to do. As we like our bowl of seafood soup rice to have more texture to it other than just crispy rice, Roland cooked crispy eggs as well. If you find that too troublesome, feel free to skip the crispy egg. However, all the other steps are really essential to make this a super super yummy one.
See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.
Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Happy cooking!

How come when u pressed on the ball while frying, the balls came out round and nice? I tried the same method but my balls became flat after I pressed on the balls and did not end up round like yours. May I know if u started frying the balls at low heat or medium heat?
