They need to hold under pressure- these girls need to keep composure on and off the field they won’t have a private moment from here on yah know… I get it’s a hard question 🙋‍♀️ I wouldn’t want to be asked that myself BUT if I were in the public eye I would expect it… like the Kardasians- they get asked about OJ and their dad being his lawyer- they get asked rude questions about their bodies and health let alone their family yah know- society doesn’t care about your feelings they just want the news 😞🥺✌️

A lot of the fandom is forgetting the VERY important fact that this year, EVERY veteran was allowed to return to training camp. There were no auditions for them. In a normal season, 1-3 of the veterans would not have been invited to training camp after finals. So the veteran cuts while in training camp, while sad, should not be surprising in the least.

Same. I did not know that she struggled with mental health and it made me emotional too. Bc I feel like if she can deal with the same diagnoses that I have and still be successful and work to be a DCC, it makes me feel like I can do things too despite my mental health struggles. I totally did not know she had that going on. ❤️❤️

Brennan should of taken them up on their offer to hold her spot in 2021 training to give her body time to recover from Covid-19. As a healthcare worker, she is one of millions of "Long Haulers" who will need months of rehab. She was pushing herself too hard and couldn't see that she wasn't ready. I understand that she wanted some normalcy but she was unrealistic. I'm a huge Brennan and Hannah fan. I think all candidates should remember the example of Victoria who was held back, needed to be and came back stronger with determination to get on the team when the timing was best. I am aware of Brennan's Covid protocol concerns in the bubble.

I thought they were in a roundabout way telling her she will have to try out again. Which would be mean since she tried out 3 times before she made. I really like her and I think Judy and Kelly are jerks for cutting her. I also think they are jerks for cutting Hannah. They knew Hannah had felt with mental health problems in the past and she was obviously going through a low period again. They talk about the meaning of the Star and all the wonderful things they do but they didn't even try to help their own people.

@@shirajai Unfortunately, a deadly airborne virus isn't something you push through because it debilitates your airway and lung capacity. She had horrible, scary symptoms and is lucky she didn't die so I understand she wanted to engage in her love of dance and the comfort of her DCC family. As she gets older, she will learn when she needs to slow down for a better long term outcome and recognize when she's burning both ends of the candle. And she may never get back to full dancer capacity because of Covid. I'm rooting for her!

@@misbellesmith9310 I agree, Judy and Kelly haven't handled many things during the Pandemic right. And instances pre Covid were questionable. If the Hannah and Brennan situation was mismanaged during Covid legally, they could face repercussions if both wanted to make it an issue.

My eyes always find Armani. She just had the most gorgeous energy it’s so hard to not always want to watch her. It’s the exact same thing with Marissa. She is so bubbly and bouncy. I really hope both girls make the team. I think they would be great dancers and also great additions to the locker room.

I’ve seen them literally make several natural curly haired women get an hair straightener perm in their hair to remove their gorgeous curls. God made us all different & it’s time that the DCC Organization starts promoting the differences instead of stamping out the women like cookies from cookie cutters

Bringing up her father like that. She answered very well. I’m sure he is so so proud of her.

Lily, much like Meredith, I think was placed on the team last year when she wasn't really ready for it. Now, again like Meredith, looked so behind in polished, powerful pom dancing as a veteran in this training camp. I know each batch of dancers in training camp is different every year, but coming back as a not very strong veteran is hard to go through, and hard to watch. Especially with as incredible as this year's rookie class was.

Exactly. And it's not just this year. I can name atleast three girls that its it's happened to specifically and it's almost a yearly thing at thing at this point. Meanwhile we've seen a lot of girls who did cut their first year in training camp come back bigger and even stronger than some of the girls who made the team the next season.

I really appreciate Hannah openly talking about her mental illness challenges, I deal with some of the same things and it's so nice that it's being shown that these girls are humans who have to deal with all the same challenges everyone else does

I love to see Kat with the vets.. She has come so far

They gave Brennan an easy out.... they said they would hold her spot for the following year. I wish she had taken it.

I’m sorry but how did they cut Ashlinn for, “a bad interview”, when they kept Meredith the year before when she froze like a deer in headlights, and couldn’t even give them any sort of answer to the interview question?!

I cant say im surprised that there was a positive test. Hannah herself said the precautions were lazy and not very consistant and you can see what shes talking about in the videos. Theres a huge group of girls in one room where none of them are wearing masks. Theres a clip where three of them are talking and arent spread out and arent wearing masks.

Any person should know at this point that a temperature check does absolutely nothing to show if there are positive cases or not. Someone can have covid and show no symptoms. Disappointing. I knew this would happen. I’m surprised it’s only one person at this point.

Yeah my aunt took a test just to make sure but she didn’t have any symptoms and felt fine and she tested positive and stayed home feeling fine

Along with floral shops. It's now 3 years later (July 2024) and still smh about this. I was - and still am - a food pantry volunteer. THIS is essential and even I took 3 months off from this at the beginning of the pandemic, although I give major props to those who did this work during that time.

I Really understand Brenna's struggle. After I had covid I couldn't do daily tasks for at least a month. Now 3 months later and I STILL am taking things day by day and beat myself up over struggling over the easiest things. Covid is real guys and the long term effects are just awful

To come back and dance after COVID, wow. You’d want to get a come back anytime leave pass and be able to re start.

I think the rookie class is so strong this season because of the way they had to do it this year. They haven't really had the pressure of learning the dances like previous seasons they learned them on their own by video so they could be up to speed for training camp and the filming of the show. Also they didn't get to train with the veteran till late. Really didn't like this season the way they had to do it. I like it better when the rookies and veterans had to compete together. more pressure on the rookies to do better.

There was 4 Positive people Not one. Notice Sydney is not being shown, she’s the happy outgoing dark skinned girl that is a great dancer. She definitely must be one of the four that has COVID19. When I had COVID19 back in March for 15 days it took me over 5 months to be able to walk without being out of breath. After walking 50’ I would be panting like I had run a marathon. Brennan who stated she had it back in April but came & made it back on the team is struggling not because of her ability but because of the after affects of COVID19 lingering. These are very strenuous workouts & I don’t think her body can keep up as she’s still recovering. Another thing some that tested positive & come back to join the team after being over COVID19 won’t be able to keep up as it takes months & in some cases will be years for some to recover from this. Some people will probably have lasting affects from COVID19 & may never get back to their regular physical endurance they had before

Kelli and Judy offered to hold Brennan's spot until next season. They encouraged her to take the season off and get better but she refused. She went ahead with the auditions. She thought they would choose her regardless of how she danced and she was wrong.

Amanda is the best in my opinion! She NEVER gets called to the office or told to improve. I love her!! 🥰

Brennan is so sweet and classy. I wasn't a fan of her look in the beginning but she's really grown on me. I hope she tries out again when she is back to 100%!

It has to be Brennan. Remember her Instagram post About her catching it in April and in June. When she was in the office she only mentioned having it in April. Plus she looked horrible during her office visit not to mention her not dancing the way she said it’s probably why because she wasn’t feeling good due to Covid

@@josiefa5852 They had to quarantine and test multiple times before entering the bubble. So hop off your high horse . It is then DCC responsibility to enforce safety measures and it has been shown that they do not do as such.

Ashlinn and Tori are the weakest rookies, now. I can see them being cut, along with the vets we all know about. The rest of the rookies all stand out and hold their own dancing next to the vets, but Ashlinn and Tori just get lost in the shuffle. I also feel bad about the Hannah situation, but something with her dancing is so off this year. It's so choppy and uncomfortable to watch, but her show group solo audition was FLAWLESS. If it were up to me, I'd cut Ashlinn, Tori, Jessica, and Alora-Rose. One more year of training power pom would really benefit all of them. That being said, I know some of them made the team, anyways, so hopefully they excel throughout their rookie years! Also, Cassie is a queen. PLEASE LET HER COME BACK NEXT YEAR. She took her cut with grace, and she is a great dancer with a beautiful smile. I really think she can absolutely make it next year.

Rank wise Hannah was above the 36 and not only that but I have seen other vets screw up. I thought Hannah has done pretty good but I know art is subjective.

They are all in a bubble. No one is allowed to be in contact with anyone not in the bubble. It's just like going home to your family and not wearing a mask.

I tested positive for Covid and didn’t have a temperature either. Mine felt like severe allergies. Not everyone experiences the same symptoms so it is hard to tell sometimes!

There are people without symptoms. My brother tested positive and had no symptoms at all, not even temperature. It could be a case with no symptoms.

I tested positive a few weeks ago and had zero symptoms when I got my results. I felt a sore throat for a day but then it went away!

@@CaliMel184 Agreed! Little did I know, the person I was exposed by has never even worn a mask and spread it to my family and I. There has been many cases from my friends and family that were caused by people refusing to wear a mask. Do People want to deal with a mask or a ventilator.

Agreed. I saw Rowdy the mascot was paid more than the cheerleaders. I’m sure they all talk smack about Erica Wilkins for filing a suit but they should all be thanking her. Were it not for her, they wouldn’t have received a pay raise.

Because of her facials when she dances. You can be the best dancer in the world but without the right look getting at point will be hard. Like Amy and Maddie became point because they basically had no KaShara, Lacey or Maggie on the team

i loved hannah and it’s so shady that they cut her bc she wasn’t pleased with how they were handling covid protocols and didn’t feel safe, glad she’s happier on her new team and still performing

13:15 I can't believe there is only 1 rookie under 36 and the other 4 are veterans..... I know they say this year the rookie class is strong.. But let's be honest... It's also because some of the rookies from last year who are now veterans are not that amazing.... I wish this season they would focus more on the rookies (like in al the other seasons) but they are more focust on the new veterans who are still making the same mistakes.....

they focus on the ppl who make mistakes be it rookies or veterans. usually it's the rookies but this year's large online talent pool allowed them the accessibility to choose an even more selective group than ever before. so the rookies came in the strongest they've ever been and now not every veteran measured up to that level. that's why those veterans were cut. i assume they'll continue doing the preliminary auditions online every year to create a team as high caliber as possible and doing so will raise the bar for girls that make the team as well as keep the veterans on their toes which will result in less veteran cuts as the team progresses to being even more elite

I had Covid-19 2 years ago. Didn't have a fever. Highest my temp got was 99.1. Was positive for 4 days before I found out that I had it

What I’ve noticed a lot in these call-ins into the office is that a lot of girls give excuses as to why they were not on form but then as soon as the judges point out that the excuse they gave is endangering them from proceeding, the girls say “no, (said excuse) is not an issue.” ??

So where do I find the entire Episodes?

I love Lilly and Brennan and really wish they could've stayed on the team!! I really don't think they should stick to "36". Remember the one year they had 39? Remember last year they had 37 (with Meredith alternating in?). Although it is cool that Lilly and Brennan actually made the cut and were on the team for their time...just wish they could've remained on the team longer and was actually VERY sad about some of the rookie cuts too . Wish they could go up to 39 on the team....then they are not cutting outstanding folks that have what it takes and are great ambassadors for the team!

I became Covid Positive, felt so sick, extremely fatigued for days and NEVER had a fever!

Same!! For me, my throat closed up. No fever. Body aches.

I feel like Kellie was generous and saying they can pause her position and wait for next year. I feel like if I was in her position and I was offered a second chance like that. I would probably take it. If they dont take away the opportunity and they understand its a health problem that was a pandemic.

Things they do there I do now but also I feel to muscular to do this when I'm a little older

Y’all def need to wear masks and it’s be better! You don’t need a temp!! Wear your masks! The coaches barely did and don’t really make the girls

They are all quarantined in a bubble. That means they dont have to wear masks because no one new is allowed in or in contact with them

Me wanting to try out but I have a thigh tattoo that obviously can’t be covered by the dang uniform ahhhhhhhhh
