This sounds like great advise for giving fake apologies. Real apologies consist of three very different parts: 1) Accept responsibility: I was wrong and here is why I was wrong. 2) Reparation: Here is what I will do to repair the harm I caused. 3) Preventive : Here is how I plan to make sure this never happens again.

Hi Jahan Kalantar!!! LOVE how you said “Don’t be afraid to say you’re sorry because you are too busy trying to find the right words”. And I SUPER LOVE “Don’t be afraid to say kind words, because life is very hard and people don’t hear kind words nearly often enough”. Beautifully said!! :) we live in a hurting world. May we all spread kindness/compassion/gentleness, one smile at a time, to one person at a time. Kindness starts with each of us! Take care and Have a happy weekend! 🙂

. M.,
There’s a lot of people that don’t say thank you or sorry. Good talk
WHY: Sorry I couldn't make it to your Tedx BECAUSE: I knew you worked really hard on it AND: if you give another Tedx talk, I'll be there
Thank you!
Nice one. Why, because, and
Seriously… kid stabs his family and then gets half the time bc he wrote a good letter? What about the kid that couldn’t write a good letter???

Thank you!Congratulation to you and for your ideas...😍👍🙏
I,m listening to India
People today try to avoid saying "thank you" & "I'm sorry. Instead they say "My bad" & "There you go " instead. You think this cool, but it"s just poor manners.
