I feel so lucky to be a teenager during the late 70s. These are the music they play on the radio, skating rinks, Discotheques, parties, etc. There are so many talented singers during those time. A lot of song artists keep making one good song after another, they just kept coming. Listening to these songs brings back nostalgic memories of 70s. Life was way simple but our music was fun, alive and good quality compared to the music these days.

Que maravilha ter vivido esses anos maravilhosos. O sonho de todos nós naquela época, anos 76, 77, 78, 79 era estar nas pistas da Studio 54. Em São Paulo, a discoteca Banana Power, tinha uma pista com luzes piscantes "à la Studio 54", aquilo era incrível. A emoção não pode ser descrita: só quem viveu a época, sabe do que falo.

I love these kind of music in the 70 s & I had entered the Military in 1969 after a had graduated from high school & had to go to Vietnam because of the war for 2 years.

I grew up with the best there was . 70's and 80's were outrageous

The collection of songs & artists here are from the '70s not the 80s my friend. This isn't a one off concert where all these artists performed on the same stage as much as you'd like it to be. It's kinda like the ideal cruise liner show but whoever has spliced & mixed all these classic disco moments together has done an amazing job to make you think that it is. It's a fantastic piece to remember how big & how important those years were. Disco was fun & was everywhere & anyone who lived through those wonderful years knows exactly what I'm talking about. If you grew up with disco in your soul, you'll forever be blessed with the wonderful sense of fun, joy, freedom, inclucitivity & friendship that those years celebrated. A collection like this is a great reminder of all those important things that make us happy & dancing is the best of all exercises, wether you're on a dancefloor or in your favourite comfy chair at home. Any movement is good for your body & I remember back in those days, people generally weren't as big as the populations of today, cos they were all out dancing & having fun. At least in my world they were anyway. I shall be forwarding this link to all my friends & family so they might get a better understanding of why I am the loveable nutcase that I am. Best Christmas present to give to them all I think & how I'd like to be remembered. At 63, it's the least I can do to spread the word that is disco or as it might otherwised be spelled....LOVE!! Peace everybody!

I’m 58 and this takes me back to listening to vinyl on my hi fi- I would play Donna Summer and Earth Wind & Fire on repeat. Incredible memories. We used to DANCE!

OMG! What a sounds they do not make music like this anymore with a lot soul and passion, the 70's and 80's WOW the best sounds due to a lot rebellation and artists wanting to be authentic a lot Indigos children bown in the 60's set apart from others to be themselves

The best of times of great music. I remember always having a great time with so many great memories with my friends and enjoying life. Crimes , inflation was very low and no one was afraid to travel on trains. All races came together and we all got along and enjoyed the music. I pray life becomes civilized again.

And once you hear the songs through your years, like I did mine. Pick up where you left on at what year and album for that year, and a few months of that and you've relived your life in music. Best years of my life!! Dancing to all this disco music was all that mattered. I feel fortunate to be part of that generation growing up on the 70s and 80s! Music has never been the same, so much fun and creative musical energy. Dancing started on Friday nights, Saturday nigts and went on till Sunday nights if we could, going back to school on Monday morning to discuss the music and the partiez, dancing all night and going home at 4,5 or 7am!!! Awesome memories with friends, best times of my life xxx

a melhor época do mundo, música para celebrar a alegria, a vida, tínhamos a alegria na alma, sou de uma geração q soube viver com amor e amizade sincera, eu tive o privilégio 😃de viver uma época de ouro da juventude, hj morre-se num show onde teria que ser só alegria, triste geração de hoje que não sabe o que é ter alegria na alma, hj os jovens se perdem sem a identidade de si mesmo, numa sociedade com tantas invenções sobre o que devemos ser para sermos felizes e é tão fácil ser feliz, é só ser vc mesmo sem os esteriótipos que a sociedade impõe😔
