A new planner I wasn't planning on

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This is a super raw video and I just ask you to be gentle. I am normally a very strong person but this sequence of events has had me in a super emotional and depressed place. I always purpose to be genuine in my videos. You join me for the ups and downs and right now, just happens to be a down time. That is life, we will all go through it someday. Noone is 100% immune to struggles.
For me, my faith in Jesus Christ is my center pillar. I'm not giving up hope, I can be healed one day. I'm just exhausted and needed to share I guess. This too shall pass and no, it's not going to be the normal for me. I don't want to remain in a constant negative place. Thanks for joining me on this journey! I appreciate each and every one of you!
For my Christian followers, Please pray for wisdom in this time, and peace as I go through a storm! Love you!
Thanks for watching!

Thank you for sharing the real real! I am also in the 'pause season of life and was diagnosed with Type II diabetes...and other issues... last year. The best thing I've been doing is keeping a separate health and wellness planner. I log EVERYTHING...food, symptoms, sleep, weight, even the weather because sometimes that can affect life. I absolutely refuse to take hormones or add any additional medications. I've been working my ass off to minimize and eliminate medication. I'm not there yet, but I do find writing everything down helps. I keep thinking we of a certain age need a support group. No one wants to talk about it, especially the generation before ours. Again, thank you for sharing. You are NOT alone!

DandelionDiaries has a health journal that she tracks tons of stuff in. I’ve used a heath planner for 4-5 years now and this year I took a lot of inspiration from her. Personally my right page of the weekly section looks a lot different. I have it divided into three sections I movement/appts/treatments (that way I can see if something caused a flair or a reaction), symptoms, PNR meds (I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome) so far her layout is amazing! My doctors even comment on it frequently and are impressed with the information I can provide. It looks super overwhelming at first, but each day actually takes 5-10 mins to fill out every day. One thing I did to cut the time down was set up all of the trackers for the whole year. Now I just go in at the end of the day, list the food I ate, any PNR meds I took, any symptoms, and fill out the tracker. I use a sterling ink N1/TN so I have loads of pages where I also keep notes from appointments and a running list/tally of medical expenses.

Oh my goodness! You were in worse shape that I was. I had a sinus infection from before Christmas through January 21. My cat was in the hospital and ultimately died, I missed a girls trip, I couldn't get a doctor's appointment, tried the CVS minute clinic and couldn't get in. I called my husband from CVS parking lot and said "I'm coming home to die!" "i'm sick and I'm sad." Swallowed a ladybug on the way home. Finally saw the doctor and started feeling better. There is a light at the end of the tunnel with no train behind it. Lifting you up in prayer.

Hi...this is Ebony😊. I cant put into words what your experiencing because with Graves Disease its so different for all of us but actually the same...if that makes sense. The one thing i can recommend is research every symptom you experience and request tests...especially your thyroid levels and go beyond that. You also have "parathyroids" that can become wonky and cause alot issues such as fatigue and weight gain. I was diagnosed with Graves when i turned 30 and became my best advocate and research scientist. Alot of doctors act like they understand but they are actually doing what your doing but not to the same degree. I learned if i am having a particular issue with a certain area of my body I go see a specialist for that particular area or body "system" because what often happens is doctors guess. Recently in the pass few years my thyroid lost all function due to Covid. Covid killed what little function I had left. Now im completely dependent on Synthroid and it has been so horrible because my body has been out of wack. What you have to remember is our disease sets you up to get other sister dieases like lupus, hashimotos and diabetes. Unfortunately its a sad truth and seeing how the thyroid is actually the brains of the entire outfit...it can cause alot problems with alot of other systems. So what your doing is smart. Track your symptoms and research them and then request test to verify your theories. If you have a good PCP and Endocrinologist they will be willing to do this. Both of mine work with me constantly. Heck I'm the one that discovered I had TED...very very mild case ( I dont smoke), took fish oil pills to ease my symptoms, realized this after researching it and then went to an ophthalmologist just to make sure and was told I was correct😂😂😂. So continue what your doing. Alot of things cause flare-ups. It sucks. I hope you get better❤! God bless!
