A Mysterious Fighter With Evil Intentions!

Спорт

Edwin Valero has a record of 27-0 with 27 ko's, unfortunately, that is not why he is remembered today... It's much more sinister. Join BLTV as we recap the mysterious life of Edwin Valero, taking a look at his greatest moments in the ring, and his not so greatest outside of it.

Awesome story as I do remember this man when I was a younger guy. A perfect story of a man with immense talent coupled with a full tank of rage/anger/hate twisted in to take him to the top of the boxing world but didn't have any release valve for the tough times when he wasn't in the ring boxing. A perfect example of selling your soul to the devil and Lucifer calling in your debt ! 🥊

A pastor once said that the goal in life is to perfect your character BEFORE utilizing your gift, if you dont work on your character, your character will destroy the places your gift took you. How many greats have been taken down, not by an opponent but by their own character. Mike Tyson, Edwin Valero, Jermain Taylor, and the list goes on and on.

He should have been absolutely huge. His record was insane, 57 amateur K.O.s, 27-0 with 27 wins via K.O. His first 18 professional bouts didn't make it past the first. Should have been talked about as a pound for pounder, in my opinion he was. Just a shame we didn't get to see him in a superfight with the likes of Mayweather or Pacquiao, although it's doubtful Floyd would have entertained it, not taking anything away from Mayweathers talent, I believe he was and probably is the greatest, but it's just a fact he chose his fights carefully in the later stages of his career and seemed more interested in picking up a giant check than really testing his ability. It's also a fact he fought his way in to such a position to be able to pick who he would next fight. With Edwin Valero's style and talent, he would've been up there with the very best and who knows how good he truly was. We should be talking about him breaking pay-per-view records instead of this horrible story. Did his massive head injury play a part? Was he framed then murdered? I can imagine a select few people worried about him becoming such a massive star and having a huge fanbase when he has America's fave enemy emblazoned across his chest. Would he have put a dent in America's propaganda machine? It's certainly true that he was kept out of America for a long, long time on the premise of his head injury even though he was medically cleared to fight. Was he really just evil? Whatever he was, it is a real shame his boxing talent and breathtaking style didn't get the spotlight it deserved.

BoxingLegendsTV, please do a video on the unknown legendary Aaron Pryor. One of the most skilled highest ring IQ fighters I watched. The best way to describe him is "calculated awkwardness and smooth chaotic movements." He timed his shots and movement in odd ways that the fighters had absolutely no idea where and when the shots were coming from at times. On top of that he had knockout power and won most of his fights by KO/TKO and only lost 1 fight in his 41 fight career. Thumbs up so he sees this!!!

It was a hard fight for both , as Valero was getting tired each round and Mosquera never got that fierce of a rival before. Unfortunately, Valero got a bad end, and Mosquera has years on prison. If i remember correctly, he killed someone on a bar with a gun, he turned himself first thing in the morning the next day. Too bad, two great boxers...

So i looked into the death of his wife and apparently he had beat her on several occasions and she ended up in the hospital several times. His fame in Venezuela kept him from facing any serious consequences and even when he was sentenced to 6 months of therapy after beating his wife so hard she suffered a broken rib and bruised lung, he somehow was let go from therapy after just a week. His mother in law says that he daughter had called her numerous times in the week before she died and said that Valero barely slept and barely ate, was taking cocaine several times a day and becoming more and more violent. She was found dead with 3 stab wounds on he neck, dying from blood loss. Valero apparently hanged himself using his pants and was found hanging by an inmate who alerted the guards, he had a pulse when taken down but they where unable to revive him and was declared dead later that day.

And the major name dude who got his nose broke maybe wanted to see if he had what it takes to actually fight this man in the grand stage but without all the embarrassment. Idk. Just keeping an open mind to all this because everyone seems to be pissed at this dude for some reason. Lol Edit: maybe he was a wild untamed man. Idk. @@numbrr5. i appreciate the open mindedness it's really rare here lol, but man if you spar you spar, it just isnt a fight thats the first thing your coach tells you in a boxing gym , Youre there to test out your techniques and ready up for a fight, not to take uneeded brain damage i mean like youre right maybe he wanted to challenge him without the embarassement but like if i wanted to beat somone(not implying that i would) i would fight them in a regulated amateur fight then ,not in sparring plus they were filmed anyways ,this whole topic is kinda subjective but one thing is for sure and it is that brain damage is always bad Plus as the other guy said earlier he did it multiple times thats just ruthless and evil man sparring partners are your friends not your enemies,at least in what i call good gyms also it wasnt the big guy who got his nose broken it was a memeber of his team because the footage of him wasnt shown Anyways cheers man

Valero was hired as a sparring partner of Dela Hoya during the Pac-DLH fight. Valero gave Dela Hoya a beatdown and a black eye that they end up firing him. I remembered seeing Oscar with a healing black eye during one of the HBO 24/7 footage. I'm pretty sure it is posted somewhere here on KZread.

Manny's team still got that sparring video with Valero, they will release it on PPV after Manny finally hang-out his gloves. Watch out!

Pound for pound, he was the hardest puncher in the boxing history! I was a amateur boxer and worked as a trainer, but I watched boxing feverishly for 50 years! The first time I saw this guy, I was absolutely sure that his gloves were loaded! I am not talking about the KO punch, but everything else he was throwing, from any distance! I don't know if Bruce Lee had that 1" punch, but this guy did!
