Hi mate.I think myself about the rise or giant reign e+1 full fat.What is you opinion about the rise after few months of use, would you be it again? Can I ask what size bike you have?Im 180cm and I think about L size. Would the rise do reasonably well all the enduro trails from your videos if you didn't change the suspension ? Nice riding btw👍

Hey bud. I had a Cube Stereo Hybrid 160 2021 before and I loved it, hoped on a Levo SL and I said that's it I want the SL because it's more playful. Then I read what others are doing with the Rise and gave it a go as there is nothing better at the moment than having a full fat motor on a bike that is 20kg. Look, in the end it was more expensive than I thought, not sure if I would've done it again, don't get me wrong I believe it's the best you can buy but it's way too expensive. I rode 3 months on the standard air shock 140mm and I got so used with it, hitting every enduro trail I could in Djouce, Carrick, Hush, The Gap, etc. I never felt that I bottomed out as the frame is very progressive. I'm 183cm and got the Large, also changed stem to 35mm. It runs pretty small, it's perfect or a little bit too small for me I would say but perfect for 180cm. A friend just got the new Reign actually, was spinning the cranks and felt no drag, he rode just beside me and after 30km he had 3/5 bars left (700wh) and I had 30% left (612wh) but I joined the spin 2 hours later and ran in turbo to catch up with them. He is also 15kg lighter than me. Reign feels heavy, he was having loads of fun, I'm sure it's a great bike but it's probably best if you can try a light ebike too, it should be easier to make up your mind.

Thanks a lot mate for so detailed answer I really appreciate it.From what you're saying the rise in L will be perfect for me Im on giant trance x M size at the moment and it's a bit to small.So the rise on stock suspension set up should more then enough for me👍. I think I'll go for the rise because reign will be to much for me besides the weight of full fat concerns too,I like playful bikes.
