I stayed in Kruger for quiet a while for a research project. In rainy German autumn your beautiful content makes me craving for the bush. Beautiful!!

KInd of you to say so and I especially appreciate your comment about the background music. You wouldn't believe how many hours it takes to find the right music for each episode and I often swap tracks out when I think the episode is finished! I think my favourite piece of music is in the sunrise segment in the next Satara episode.

@@oldcodgerwithacamera your choices are nice but not sure constant music is necessary-many people prefer to just hear the natural sounds of the bush when possible-it is such an important part of ambiance

I agree and that's fine when you've got clean audio but much of the time there's wind catching the mic and other people's car engines. The choice is often unwanted 'ambient' sounds, complete silence or music. It doesn't really work if you keep cutting out the music on those clips which are decent so I chose to keep the music throughout and lower it for sightings. You can often hear birdsong above the music so it's a sort of compromise.

Hope you enjoyed your stay. We went back a few weeks ago and at both Lower Sabie and Skukuza they put us in units right next door to those we stayed in last time!
